Just had my 1st maintenance service call of 2023 today. Vence Royal was the service technician and this man knows his trade! Vence took the time to explain what he was going to doing and why. He is very professional and was right on time.

Doing business with Apex's from the office manager, Jennifer Carriveau as well as their technicians is a pleasure. It is great to know that these people truly service what they sell. I 'm still glad I went with this company and would do it again.

They call or text you ahead of time to let you know that they will be at your location on the day and time of your appointment.

I will be renewing my maintenance agreement with them today. Great company to do business with.

We had annual service agreements with Apex at our business for over 5 years. The last one expired on 04/30/22 without anyone contacting us for a renewal as Shannon had always done in the past.

In mid-June we had a horrendous service call with their tech working on the wrong roof top unit. Our unit information, including its location, has been noted on our file at their company for years. When we called a second company to come out, it was a simple and inexpensive capacitor replacement. Apex's tech's lack of professionalism in reviewing our file resulted in our business being shut down for 2.5 days unnecessarily. On top of that, they tried to bill us for work on the incorrect unit.

After a followup with the office, we understood from their office manager their tech might not have had access to our file since it was the weekend. After years of great service, we decided to continue working with them. I left a voice mail the last week of June inquiring about scheduling our next regular maintenance visit but didn't receive a call back.

Today, with our assumption we had a service agreement in place (expired 4/30/22 without renewal paperwork sent) and after a long standing relationship, we contacted them for a service call. At this point they informed us our service agreement had expired and declined to provide service stating "it wasn't a good fit". Had they felt this way, the time to inform us should have been when we spoke in mid-June or even at the end of June when I called regarding a maintenance appointment.

I'm unsure what's going on at Apex but the level of professionalism across the board is extremely disappointing. After recommending them to several fellow business owners, I'll now be just as vocal about sharing our horrible experiences with Apex over the last month.

Vence was our technician today. He arrived less than 2 hours after we called and quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor which he replaced. He seems to have lots of experience and be very efficient. He even suggested recovering the wire from the thermostat as it appeared to have been cut into, probably by the landscapers weed walking. Very happy to have cool air back.

Fast appointment (my home warranty company takes 3-7days to send out someone). Apex showed up the same day, triaged the problem quickly, and told me each step what to expect. I'm glad we bought our new system and yearly maintenance plan with them. Great job!
