Would have been 5 stars, but the technician quoted us $329 & then the final bill was $359.99 which he said that he misquoted it. The Tech was on site in about 45 minutes & he had it fixed in about 2 hours. Good company - just need to honor what they quote....

We are talking about a knowledgeable kind man. When having a repairman come to the house, the number one concern is are they going to "take me to the cleaners". This man represents a company that has integrity and honesty.. We will not hesitate using them again.

Richard is very knowledgeable and professional as are his techs thy are always polite to our guests when on site would highly recommend they also send pictures attached to invoices to show what they have found and what the have done to rectify.

Doesn’t deserve a 1 star.
Thought my air conditioner was fixed. Worked (2) weeks. They sent out another person to fix, told me I needed a motor. Then told me I needed a new air conditioner because it was (16) years old. Well if that was the case why didn’t they tell us that in the first place. We would have purchased a new one. But no they rather Nickel and dime us to death. And I informed them that other air conditioners on property were still working that were as old. After a lengthy discussion Management said they would use the money I already paid towards a new air conditioner at the tune of almost $5000. But I asked for a refund as I did not trust the company and felt like I was being scammed for more money. Management refused to refund. Had to give my short term rental guest a refund. Not to mention because the air conditioner broke down in the middle of their vacation I received a bad review. It’s been a nightmare
My air conditioner doesn’t work and I’m out of almost $500, and they could care less. This is a company that does not stand by they're work or deal in good faith.
Don’t believe the 4.7 review. The reason I called them too. There is no way this company deserves anything but a low rating. I was fooled by the rating too. Crooks!

Great Service. Called in the morning for service for my A/C unit that had froze up with ice in the unit during the night. The service tech arrived that afternoon, and determined the unit need a charge of Freon and completed the task. The unit was up and running again when he left.

Ramon from Apex correctly diagnosed the evaporator fan motor problem on our 1.5 ton Carrier system. He replaced the faulty motor under warranty.

These guys are great. Carlos was the service technician who came, on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided the alternatives for repair. He was able to show me the problem and what caused it. Would definitely use again.

Honest, fair, intelligent. Called all of the local services. This is the only one who told me what the problem was and showed me why - helped me find the best/smartest solution so I could stop sweating to death.
