This is the first time I’m using Apex for my AC need, so I don’t know the quality of their work yet, but Vence is very professional and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. He is also very knowledgeable in what he does. He discovered things that I did not know before. So far, I’m happy with Apex. I have contracted them to do my biannual AC maintenance.

I had Apex Service since 2021 and the Maintenance guy who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job. Apex Office is not very efficient in terms scheduling maintenance.

Scheduled a service to clean out dryer vent. Dan came as scheduled. Even a bit earlier which was great. Did a complete thorough job. Definitely would recommend. Great personality as well. So far. Had service with Apex three times. This time and two other for A/C. Ravi and Vance were awesome as well.
