Apex Air is the best! Every time I have had an issue they have come out quickly, fixed everything the same day and got my systems back up and running. Pricing is fair and reasonable as well compared to the HVAC vendors. Very professional honest HVAC company.

At one time I gave Apex Air a good rating unfortunately I cannot do again. I had their serv tech out in July for their maintenance agreement check up. He informed my wife we had mold but only provided a picture on his phone. But overall everything was good, he said. Later that evening our house began to feel warm our thermostat registered 81°. Called them that evening and Stephen came out the next day and our freon was low. That really made me a little suspicious. Freon he put in leaked out within another day. We were without air for about 4 days in Aug. Agreed to leak check only to find out that our evaporator coil had a leak. It was still under warranty but had to pay labor for installation and for leak check. We had no issues with our system until after our maintenance agreement check this really made me a little suspicious as to what he really did.

I called at 1:30 pm and they were able to send someone between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. The serviceman showed up on time and fixed the problem on his visit. The cost was very affordable, I highly recommend APEX.
