Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating

I had the guys at Absolute install an outside blower and inside unit in my Clearwater condo. The customer service was excellent and everything was well explained. Chris even let me borrow a temporary AC unit until they replaced mine. The work completed was very solid and appeared as if they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and the overall price seemed fair. I am very happy with my experience. If need be I would call them again and definetly recommend Absolute AC.

Awesome! This company is great. After having a horrible experience with a different company, the owner of this company came out and was able to fix the problem within an hour. We were living in 90 degree heat inside for days while the other company kept promising to fix it. I am so happy I called Absolute Air.

I have been using Absolute Air for about 3 years now. They are an excellent company. They do good great work at fair prices. I will definitely continue using them for all my HVAC needs.

Had A/c system installed two ago, lost my warranty info and Brooke over there not only had the copies, E-mail them to me, but explained the information to me.
Tree installer were equally great, si as the initial Sale Rep.

Fortunately this was a referral bc other places I called were booked up for a while but Absolute attempted to send a tech over that day however the rain prevailed. The next day they reached out sending a tech who diagnosed the issue. I can't attest to major work done bc my unit is fried, though I can express how great the personality was on the phone, the followup on their part, and doing everything to fit me in and did. Now a days it's tough to find professionalisms let alone customer service and they executed that. Would definitely reach out to them in the future.

Honestly, I can't recommend enough we have had the best Experience with ABSOLUTE even it's last 24 HRS to the part to be deliver once it was deliver with in minute the work was done. I want to thank David to be professional on this job. Thank you I appreciate you.

Wish there were more stars than 5 to give! I called first thing in the morning and they were out by 10 to fix it. I fully expected to hear that I needed to replace the unit but the tech said it was not that old so really no reason. He did point out that the newer units were more energy efficient. Honesty and communication are great things to have and hard to come by these days but this company has it all. When it comes time to replace I know exactly who to call!

Absolute is the absolute worst! The company promised me over the phone they would repair the unit. When the tech arrived he did not even inspect the unit before saying he would need to replace it. The tech leaned on the unit and released some of my Freon during a pressure check. No doubt trying to make the system fail. These guys are scam artists! Avoid at all costs!
