Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating

I originally gave 5 stars but now changing to 1. Watched the tech perform sub par service on my unit via our home security system. He spent more time on his phone and vaping the work. The owner says he was on his phone sending pictures to the office. Uh sure!

Our a/c outage was non-emergency and we were contacted with a service time on the first business day. The air handler motor had died. One was not available on the day if service, but Jaime worked with Brooke and she picked a motor up from New Port Richie the next morning. We had a/c early on Tuesday morning.

Jaime was great in repairing our heat. Thank you again for the quick service and great pricing!
