Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating

My Air Handler had Ice Build up on the Coil.Had to Shut the Unit off.It was Sunday call and left a Detailed Message.My Call was Retuned Earlier Monday Morning.Technician Jamie Came out that Morning.Found the Issue,Replaced Part and Recharge my Refrigerant,got me up and Running again.Jamie is Knowledgable and Professional.would Definitely use Absolute Air Again.

Absolute Air & Chris and his team are so wonderful, professional and actually go over & above on their service. They were highly recommended to me by my handy man who can be pretty picky himself. He told me Chris was honest & wouldn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That was true. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I think you will really be pleased with their work, their response to any questions or issues & their follow through.

If you need any air conditioning repairs I highly recommend that you call Absolute Air. They replaced our very old ac system last summer and today we had them add new insulation. The techs for both calls were highly trained professionals who were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They are competitively priced and take pride in their work.

My A/C stopped working properly so I called the AC company that installed it. After waiting 5 hours for a return phone call and the technician showing up 3 hours late he tells me that it is working fine and leaves. The next day ( after a sweaty night) I call Absolute Air. They person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and told me a tech would be out in a few hours and that she would call before he comes. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem ( clogged drain ), fixed it and was done in about 1 hour. My only small complaint was the attitude of the techs that fixed it. They are not very friendly, but they did fix it for a reasonable price.

This company was hired by Duke Energy for me. The Tech went beyond his responsibilities. Amazing and friendly.

Very professional​ from the initial repairman that came in the tried to fix a older unit that I hoped would take one more band-aid. He return a day or so later and give me the news that it was time to get a new unit give me a quote, and there days later to equally professionals came in installed the unit in a few hours, I'd recommend Absolute to my mother, big ups for a job well done...... Cool very cool
