These guys are the best.
Our A/C went out last night at 1:00 am and they sent a tech immediately for an emergency call.
My girlfriend has some health issues that require her to stay in a cool environment, these guys took that into great consideration and acted promptly and most professionally.

I would highly recommend GP. Absolute best customer service, courteous and helpful techs, and overall great company.

Ryan came out today to 'de-snot' my drainage for a/c. As always, professional, on time and swapped out a filter i had real quick. Ryan also took the time to diagnose the issue that led to the water in my garage. He made a wiring adjustment, gave me a little operator maintenance tip and was on his way in under an hour.

GP has always treated me very well!

Aaron our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable, he took the time during the service of our Air Conditioning System to explain to both of us the what and why in terms we could understand. Very dependable, excellent service and great follow up. I recommend them when you need your heating, cooling, and plumbing service. We're told by many people in Cape Coral that when you have work that needs to be done on your home it will take weeks to get someone to your home. Not GP, call them and the next day they were installing a new central air system in our home.

Really great people, very attentive and honest. It's hard to find that in an AC company, but I'm very happy with GP. Everyone I've spoken with or worked with has been very up front and honest, hasn't tried to sell us on anything, and has taken great care with our house and system. We recently had Ernie (sp?) Out to do the maintenance on the house system, and he did a fantastic job. Filters and all! Thanks guys!

I have an a/c service contract with GP Plumbing which includes checking the system twice a year. The technicians are always very personable and informative. The two times I have had a problem (both weekends) I received prompt and competent resolutions. Therefore I am very happy with GP Plumbing, although I do not feel obligated to purchase every "EXTRA" they recommend.
