G.P. Plumbing and Air Conditioning Corporation.

We fired them today after a number of years of A/C maintenance and installations for my 93 year old mother in-law. I normally deal with the tech as she is nearly blind and very deaf and her husband passed last year. We have had them out several times this year and even with a contract they require a deposit prior to coming out. Three weeks ago they came out to determine why the A/C was slow to cool. The tech readjusted the thermostat and said he cleared the drain lines. While he was here I asked him if he could also take a look at the pool heater as the compressor fan was not coming on. After calling his office he informed me they would charge an additional $95 flat service call fee just to take a look. I thought that was outrageous and told him so and that I would just deal with the manufacturer and then later finding out GP could not do the warranty work anyway. I told him to just collect his A/C bill.
Then I find out one of two things happened...
1. He mentioned the pool heater still needing repair to my mother in-law or
2. She asked him about it and he failed/refused to mention that the matter had been just been discussed with me moments ago and I was handling it.

Anyway about it, he proceeded with the diagnosis and charged her the additional $95.

After contacting GP numerous times I finally got the owner of GP who refused to even allow me to tell my story of how this all transpired and how my 93 year old mother in-law was taken advantage of and inappropriately charged. He was right and refused to even listen, cutting me off mid sentence.

I had a different A/C company out as it was not cooling well again today (three weeks later) only to find out the reason it was short cycling was because both drain lines were full of goop. I was told there is no way that much snot could accumulate in that short of time period.

So my wife who has power of attorney due to her mom's condition dumped GP Plumbing today. We refuse to deal with a company who takes advantage of seniors, has techs who do shoddy work and an owner with such poor customer service rapport which would allow this to continue.

Needed a new water heater. GP Plumbing was readily available to schedule my replacement. Mike reviewed the installation process, cleaned up and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Thanks for the great service, Mike!

GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning replaced my air conditioning and hot water heater. Excellent job! They recommended the best products and stand behind them. I spoke directly to Guy the ower, and now I feel I can count on them! Ryan the service tech was awesome! This is the most reliable, trustworthy place in SW Florida!

The best dressed plumber in the area...HE CAME IN KHAKIS AND DRESS SHIRT! No plumber’s crack. Haha. In all seriousness GP plumbing is amazing and a company that clearly takes pride in integrity. That is hard to find in this area. We have been ripped off by so many companies in the past. We are very happy to have found this company. They will have our future business as we remodel our home. We called for water heater replacement and they were lower priced than the five other companies we called. They came quickly and performed excellent professional quality work...can definitely tell they have many years of experience. As I said before the plumber wore khakis and a dress shirt and had our water heater swapped out in no time! He didn’t even get dirty. I was amazed. I can’t wear a white shirt more than 15 min before getting a stain. Hire GP plumbing for your plumbing needs and you can rest assured you aren’t overpaying and the job will get done right.

I’ve been a GP customer for over a year now. GP Plumbing and A/C is the best, full service, customer centric P&A/C contractor in the area. Jeremiah and the entire office staff and all the field personnel I’ve encountered are professional, fair, and primarily driven by true customer satisfaction. Unlike many contractors, they charge very fair prices and always discuss options and offer honest guidance without any pressure. The most important aspect of my dealings with GP is that they’ve proven to me to be honest trustworthy people who strive hard to keep satisfied customers. I waited to write a review until I had actual experience with them. Based on that, I highly recommend giving them a call even if you think you’re happy with your current contractor. I also highly recommend the annual service contract as they do an incredibly thorough job. Better than any I’ve encountered in the area.

I used GP Plumbing and Air conditioning to replace my air conditioner and run new copper lines. It was a tricky project since I am on the third floor of a condo. I had many companies come to give me estimates. I decided on GP and was very satisfied with the results. The five guys that came to do the job were great. I know two of them were Jason and Mike. They worked hard and got it done in one day and it looks excellent - best of all - I now have air. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Our main AC in our house had died on us and being new to the area we didn't have any intel yet on services for our house. We suspected it was the air handler. I found GP Plumbing after careful research online. With so many companies to choose from it was hard to pick one but everything I read about GP Plumbing made me decide to give them a call. So happy I did.
My husband and I were so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism we hired them on the spot during the consultation. My husband had an A/C business years earlier and he knew that our consultant knew his stuff. Due to the age and efficiency of the system it was decided we needed a new split system and air handler. The work was completed efficiently and on time with a very fair price. It's been a few months now and everything is still working perfectly. GP Plumbing has followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything is working good. We definitely recommend them to anyone.
Fast forward 4 months and the A/C for the master breaths its last breath. GP Plumbing to the rescue again! Once again awesome work and customer service!

I was using this company to service my old conditioner so when I needed a new unit I had them install one. Problems from Day 1. Installers did not speak English and the supervisor left. We asked that they hook up the emergency drain. Using google translate they told us we did not need that hooked up. Unit leaked and ruined my garage ceiling. They "fixed" it. Failed inspection. They fixed it failed inspection again. Owner of company implied that we were sabotaging the unit. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Living in Cape Coral we needed a whole house water conditioning system. Being that we used GP in the past for a new pool heater and other plumbing maintenance we called them for their opinion. We spent some time on the phone and two days later they were there for the install. Their team is extremely professional , clean, on time and extremely competent plus their pricing is very competitive

So let me just say I was not very happy a couple days ago. Living in Floridia we ALL know what our worst nightmare really is.. the day the Air Conditioner goes out. 😫 🥵 I’ve had an ac unit for probably almost 7 years now. Other than basic routine maintenance, I haven’t had any problems. Then IT happened and to make matters worse it wasn’t a convenient time of day either when most businesses aren’t even open. It was around 7:30 pm at night, the company sent a service man to my house as soon as they could. Very surprising he was there quite quickly. Irritated about the whole situation I wasn't very happy when he got there. But thanks to RYAN he completely turned my attitude around😁 he was very prompt, informational, and he was patient with our frustrations and down to earth. I expected a employee with a not so accommodating attitude being so late in the day, but nope, Ryan came and saved the day! Turns out it was a moderately simple fix and we’re back up and running! I would recommend Ryan to anyone, this man needs a promotion definitely impressed his work ethics!👍🏻
