My husband and I have used G. P. Plumbing for quite sometime. Each time we they send someone as professional and great as Brandon. Brandon took his time, did not try and oversell anything to us but spent the time checking our air conditioner on a scheduled maintenance. He was excellent.

Ryan was out here today to service my AC. He was awesome. He educated me on some things to do to keep my AC maintained in between annual servicing. He showed me myUV light was not in the correct place, so he moved it. I felt very confident that my unit is up to par for the season. He is truly an asset to GP.

GP Plumbing has installed our water heater, our air conditioner and now our pool heater. They give us good quality at a reasonable price. They are very customer friendly. We recommend them highly to all of our friends. A trustworthy company.

We had a problem at on of our rentals in Cape Coral. Ryan came out an accessed the problem. He was there within the hour! Talk about great customer service. His communication was impeccable. Ryan sent pictures and called us to explain what he sent which was perfect for us because we are a long distance from the property. If we have a problem in the future will will be personally asking for Ryan to come to our house.

My A/C went down and it was getting very hot very fast. I searched Google for local A/c companies and found GP who had the best reviews so I called. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Crystal who took my information and informed me that she would call me right back with an ETA of when a technician would be able to make it to my house. Ten minutes after hanging up she called back to inform me that a technician would be to my house within an hour. I got called into work so I asked if we could just do it for the next day. She stated that it wouldn't be a problem and we had scheduled the technician to come between 9:00 and noon. She then called me the next morning to remind me of the appointment again 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Aaron was the technician who came and he figured out what the issue was with my a/c (low Freon, go figure) he added the necessary Freon as well as something called stop leak. After about 45 minutes of his arrival my house was cool again. Anyone who has a/c problems should never call anyone else but GP. They are professional, reliable, and dependable. Thank you so much GP I am looking forward to continued business with all of you.

JP is always accommodating, friendly, and professional! Ryan was our technician, who did a great job explaining the service, and even left us with some advice that will definitely help. Stacy in the dispatch office was also wonderful, going beyond what I’m sure is typical protocol to work around our schedule.

We just had our heat and a/c unit inspected and serviced by Ryan from GP Plumbing & Air this morning. Everything went great! They called to say he was on his way and when he got here he was knowledgeable, friendly and polite! He also made sure our cat didn't sneak out!!! Thanks Ryan!

I have lived here in SWFL almost a year now and decided to have my AC unit checked out. I called G.P. Pluming and Air Conditioning. Their prices are reasonable, and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what steps I needed to take in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I would like to thank all those involved in my trouble call this past Saturday for the repair of my Air conditioning unit Rayan and Harold were excellent. Rayan kept me informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was a gentleman by the name of Harold. Before introducing himself he put on his mask. Then he went on to put on plastic foot coverings over his work boots, I thought this was a nice touch, Any way he went right into trouble shooting with a professional approach. He explained to me some simple thing that I can do on my own to keep up with the maintenance of this unit. He also showed me the benefit of having proper airflow into the room were the unit is installed so that the unit isn't struggling to get circulating air, This is my 2nd experience using GP Plumbing. This experience makes me feel like I made the right decision the 1st time and now, how this trouble call was handled I'm very pleased. Having some one come out on a holiday weekend I thought was feat in it's self. I thought the pricing was fair. There is an expense every time that truck rolls. The technician gets paid from the shop and back to the shop.
