My technician was very good. He answered my questions and did a thorough, professional job as far as I can tell, given my lack of expertise in HVAC technology. He was on time and worked efficiently. The schedulers from G.P. Plumbing who called me beforehand also were very professional.

Another visit from GP. My technician Brandon was very diligent and professional. But I'm a little concerned about my Rheem AC, which is only 4.5 years old. It's needed two refrigerant recharges.

Robert was right on time. He was very pleasant and helpful. Explaining everything he was doing as he went along. My new water heater was installed quickly and he left the area as clean as when he came in.

We purchased a home that GP plumbing and air had just replaced the AC unit for the previous owner. We had a couple minor problems that they came out and fixed immediately. They also came out last week to do an 8 month inspection, ( they called us ), which was very thorough, and free! One of the very few companies I would highly recommend.

Ryan performed our annual maintenance on our AC unit. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. After changing out batteries in the T-stat, replacing filters, he provided me with a verbal and thorough explanation of the status of the AC system...and will follow it up with a written explanation. I highly recommend Ryan. He takes pride in his work .

The staff at GP Plumbing did an awesome job helping our family remodel our home. The scheduler Jamie did an efficient and always friendly job assigning plumbers as timely manner as needed. The plumbers, Allen and Guy always arrived on time efficient and polite.

The young guy that came out did not fix anything. He said he was going to put in a new blower motor but the electric never went off as one would expect when working with electric. He showed no old motor. They already had my cc# for the service call. The next morning when the ac still did not work he came back, the owner came a few minutes later and told me to Shut UP! The behavior was so bizzare and I felt scared. We are seniors. He tried to run my credit card several times. I saw on other review sites that the owner had intimated other customers.

I was due for the 6 month inspection. Ryan showed up on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me some of his concerns and things I may want to do in the future, but was not pushy. Then he was nice enough to explain it all over when the husband was able to step away from work. Thanks for your patience Ryan.

I have used GP Plumbing and Air for the last six years. I have called them to do everything from replacing faucets, to installing whole unit water filters, replace a hot water heater, and repair and maintain air conditioners. Over the years, their outstanding service has been consistent. They have always provided prompt, courteous, and friendly service at a reasonable price.

Ryan came out to replace the motor for our AC and service our HVAC and was super professional and pleasant. He explained was the issue was and provided solutions. Very nice experience.
