Guy (owner of GP) came out one day to provide options on a failed tankless water heater. We came to an agreement and he was out there the next morning (on-time) and installed a new water heater within 45 minutes. Great price. Great value. Very professional. We just signed a maintenance contract with them after the great service they gave my daughter. Ryan waa our service technician and to say that he was thorough would be an understatement. He took the time to explain everything to us. Excellent service. We made a switch from one company to GP Plumbing and A/C and are thrilled with our decision..Someone always answers the phone and the follow up is outstanding.

Ryan came out for maintenance service call on the unit GP Plumbing and Air installed a couple years ago. Since installation our electric bills have been cut in half. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the unit and explained in detail with pictures an issue we were having with a clogged drain pipe and how he would go about resolving the problem right then. He explained how to take care of monthly maintenance for best overall efficency. He told us we could call and ask for him personally when we had any questions or problems. After the time he took with us it again made us appreciate and value our decision to go with GP Plumbing and Air for our AC and Plumbing needs which we have used them for both. We continue to HIGHLY recommend GP Plumbing and Air and their wonderful staff. Thanks again Ryan for a great experiance.

Ryan from GP Plumbing and Air arrived well within my service window & Stacy was nice enough to call and tell me he was 15 minutes away as I was intermittently in and out all day. Ryan was very knowledgeable and educational with the 100+ questions I asked regarding the problems with our air handler & a/c unit, thermostat, humidistat & maintenance agreement (which I also recommend). Not to mention having to carry a ladder up & down three flights of stairs. No complaints, just happy to solve a problem, in a timely, professional manner.

My AC went out on a Saturday and when looking at Google reviews GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning had the highest remarks...and I can now see why! 45 minutes after my initial call, Ryan showed up at my door as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kindly took the time to explain in detail the problem at hand. He quickly fixed the issue and I gladly paid him the reasonable amount for coming out on an “emergency call”. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

Ryan from GP Plumbing and AC came on a Sunday to do our first maintenance checkup on our AC unit. He was scheduled for Friday but it was pouring rain and didn't want to check the compressor outside in a down pour. We had just bought the condo and didn't have any idea what we had and it's condition.
