Had an issue with a water heater on a weekend. Guy called me ASAP (he was on call). Answered all of my concerns. Guy and Angel showed up EARLY for the appointment and did an outstanding, professional job! Both are very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. Tested their work and made sure that everything was up to PAR! I have only been in Florida for a week-I will definitely recommend and use GP plumbing for ALL MY future plumbing needs! Great to know that honest, dedicated and professional companies (and People-Guy and Angel are GREAT!!) still exist! I’d give them 10 STARS IF I COULD!

We have used GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning for all of our air conditioning and plumbing needs including new systems, service contracts and occasional repairs. They are easy to work with, fair in their pricing and very quick to respond. The owners have been very attentive to each job and the workers have done skilled work and been very courteous. The office staff have always been very helpful. I recommend GP to people every chance I get, without reservation.

G.P. Plumbing & Air Conditioning serviced my Central Air Conditioning today. The technician, Ryan did an excellent job! Ryan explained each step he was checking. Ryan checked the outside unit circuitry and explained how to keep my outside unit working smooth. Next, he went into the garage and checked the Air Handler. Once again, he explained every step he made. He flushed the drain and added algaecide to the overflow drain. I highly recommend G.P. Plumbing & Air Conditioning. … ASK FOR RYAN TO DO YOUR SERVICE!!!

I would highly recommend this company to everybody. They did such a great job. From the estimate to the finished installation. Everybody we dealt with was super nice and professional.
They did a great job replacing the horrible installation we had from the last AC company.
We noticed a difference from the first time we turned the AC on in the house.
Even the inspector told me how much he likes coming in behind this company to do an inspection because it’s so easy for him because they do such a great job.

We had Ryan as a Service Technition. He was a Pro. He wore his mask, stayed socially distant and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. We set up a new Honeywell wi-fi controller and he made the process painless. I would recommend Ryan and GP. They were not the cheapest company I called but I am glad I spent the extra few dollars to have their service it was worth it.

Loved the prompt and expert service provided by GP Plumbing and AC. I was able to get an appointment right away and have my system diagnosed and cleaned. The technician provided helpful information on the condition of my system and was able to solve a problem I was having. I was previously told some erroneous information by another AC company that I needed a new system. But as it turned out my unit was fine and didn't need to be replaced. GP offered to buy me out of the service contract I had with the other company and was willing to match the price of the replacement unit they had quoted me which in the end I did not need. The office staff is easily available and knowledgeable of AC systems. Overall I am thrilled with the company and feel confident that I am in good hands with them taking care of my system.

The entire experience with G.P. Plumbing and Air Conditioning was excellent. During my initial phone contact and later for the in person inspection, Charlie was professional and knowledgeable. He offered options and made suggestions based on our house and lifestyles. And the quote was very reasonable and competitive. Installation was scheduled promptly and I received a call when it looked like the installers might be late... which they weren't. The installers, Gene and Artie, were amazing. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully to complete difficult work in the heat and humidity. And, of course, we are extremely happy with our new air conditioning system that is making our home comfortable again. Thank you!

Called GP yesterday late afternoon because my AC was not working. Ryan was there in less than 2 hours. It couldn’t be fixed then because it was frozen solid but Ryan came back first thing in the morning before he even went into the shop & had it running in less then a hour. Thank you Ryan. I have been using GP Plumbing for 15 yrs for all my AC & plumbing needs. They are quick & honest & I recommend them highly.

Ryan just left our house after performing our semi annual service. Great guy and very knowledgeable! I have some experience with AC systems as well as plumbing. We talked, he showed pictures to illustrate something and, as a result, I came away very satisfied with his findings on our system. Very highly recommended!

Had 2 new a/c units installed in last 2 years. ($11,000) The company came out for a maintenance service and the fan motor went out that night. This unit is just shy of 2 years old. Seems suspicious right? When we called to inform them, we were told it would be $680 to install the new motor and that Air conditioners just aren’t built like they used to be. I had another company install the motor at a cheaper price. I asked GP for a refund for the unused portion of the maintenance and was told that there probably would be none left over and that they would not honor it once another company put their hands on the unit. We have had drainage issues with the other unit since installation. This unit is just 1 1/2 years old. Even under the warranty period they wanted high service fees to come and service the unit. It initially took4 or 5 inspections from the city to approve the permits. I just had a unit installed at our home from GP last week ($7000) and it appears to be the same model as the first unit with the bad fan motor. I wish I would have never let them install any units. There are companies out there that will stand behind their products and work and this is not one of them.
