Friendly A/C

I have been using Friendly for approximately 10 years. They have repaired/replaced quite a few units for me and replaced a unit for my son. I always check other companies to get prices and no one beats Friendly. They are not only cost effective, but are honest, and always come on time, quick and do a great job.

I highly recommend Friendly AC for all your air conditioning needs. The owner of the company is an honorable man and operates his business in an honorable, proficient manner. When purchasing an AC unit I did a lot of research regarding cost. Friendly AC beat all the competitors prices

My old AC unit stopped working on Friday. I called multiple companies and none was able to come the same day. I expanded my search and came across friendly AC company. When I called Ran, the owner of the company, answered as it was their after hours. I explained how I have a 2 year old in the house and he immediately arranged to send a technician to my house. He himself joined the tech later. My AC unit was 12 years old and kept breaking on us. They were able to fix the AC temporarily and on Monday they installed a new unit for me. The price was way less than what I could find anywhere else. They made us feel like family and treated our house with respect. They explained every step of the process and told me exactly what they were doing step by step. They helped me register my new unit for warranty purposes. They cleaned after they were done and called a few days later to ensure everything was fine. I was blown away by the amount of respect, trust and professionalism these guy have. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They stand behind their work and never leave you stranded. AMAZING experience from the start to the end and ongoing. I already recommended them to a few family and friends and they all say the same thing about them. Keep up the good work

I was very pleased with Shimi! He was friendly, polite, and capable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also helped me decide to sign up for regular cleaning appointments to prevent future problems. Thank you, Shimi, for being the one to help me, especially since last time I was not so happy with the attitude of the man who came (no names - he was having a bad day for sure!).

We have used Friendly A/C several times for small and large repairs. We are extremely happy with their prompt response and efficient repairs. We initially called them because they were local but we have received such great service that we will now never go anywhere else!
