Friendly A/C

Very courteous and professional. On time arrival. Easy to work with and very accommodating.

Trustworthy is not a word I throw around casually, especially when it comes to AC companies. Glad I found them 7 years ago. They're always fair and work hard to get everything right. Can't ask for more than that.

The guys installing the AC were professional and efficient. The sales person you meet for the estimate etc was not friendly at all. Seemed upset like he didn't want to be there. Not knowledgeable about the installation process and doesn't spend much time explaining anything or answering questions. Not pleasant.

Ran was great, on time and of course when he arrived, problem wasn’t showing up. However, he found something that could be causing the situation and fixed it immediately
