Friendly A/C

Highly recommend. Have used Friendly A/C on multiple occasions and each time they have been very responsive and professional.

In south Florida there is no shortage of air conditioning companies but Friendly AC is by far the best. They know what they are doing, are trustworthy, and always show up when you need them.

Have been using them for about 5 years now and I am very impressed with them. Very good and honest too. Conrad was excellent.

Ran from Friendly AC was very professional & educated me throughout the AC/duct inspection process. This company acts with integrity and honesty. Definitely recommend.

Friendly A/C, was highly personable and professional from the woman who answered the phone to Conrad who performed the service! Also showed up before estimated time, thorough in identifying what the challenge was, and explaining everything along the way.

They were quick and fast in installing the air conditioner at the house and when we had an issue at one of the rental properties they were there the next day to see the issue which was fixed within the hour

I’ve had some bad experiences with AC repairs and service calls, but don’t have to worry anymore with Friendly AC. For the first time, I have NO complaints and only compliments. Will definitely be using them again…but hopefully not for a long time :)

I don’t recall how we got their number, but years ago, when we were new to the area, we had an issue with the AC. It was, of course, a really hot time of year, and no one else we called would get to us for some time. They walked me through some things I could try over the phone and got the unit working, then agreed to come later to give it a thorough check. Understand they spent time troubleshooting with me without even knowing my name, so there was no charge for that. What that did was make me a customer whenever I have AC issues, including replacements. These guys actually care about making sure people get supported.

Shining was great. Called them in the morning and they sent him here by 1:30. Did a great job! I’m very happy with the service.

We were very pleased with the representative Ron and installer Andrew. The price was good and job was done seamlessly and in timely manner. Great professionals! We would recommend Friendly A/C with pleasure!
