We had a challenging experience with our AC unit, that took 2 weeks to troubleshoot, and mind you, was definitely frustrating. This company was hired by our property manager to correct our AC issues, and unfortunately 3 visits from various team members could not resolve the issue. We were beyond over it, but on the 4th visit, John Vandine came to troubleshoot and within minutes he saw the problem and corrected it immediately. He went above and beyond by organizing the wires that the company who installed the unit never did. He couldn’t thank him enough, being in Florida in July with no AC for two weeks is BRUTAL. When he left, he told us to give him a call if we had any issues, after about 5 hours we were still concerned about the unit not functioning properly because at this point we had PTSD, lol, but he assured us everything was working perfectly in the unit. He was right, and he was kind to have called us back after on second concern. Thanks John for being so knowledgeable and thorough!

Rome sent someone over at 8pm for us and they did a great job, really appreciate it!

Called for service on my pool heater. They advised they would have someone out in a few days. Chris came out after a few days was very professional, took the time to analyze the problem and corrected it. It is great to find a company that provides high level service! Highly recommend Rome Aire!

We had Matt Waters complete our quarterly maintenance on our two HVAC units this week.
Matt was very professional, polite and friendly in servicing our HVAC systems. Matt had his own tools and ladder and cleaned up behind himself before leaving.
It's 95 degrees outside with the A/C units set at 75 degrees while the house is very comfortable.
We have been using Rome Air since 1993 and always have had excellent service with maintenance as well as purchasing new systems over the years. Thank you for always being there for us!

We unfortunately lost our a/c after a gardening mishap today. Within an hour after calling, a technician, Chris Demaris, was at our home. He quickly uncovered the cause and fixed the problem. He kept us in the loop throughout the process. His good work and pleasant personality quickly turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Great service, great personality, very informative also I like that not all service men are 100% dog people they all loved my dog never say a dog that is 90 lbs does not jump or bite and will always greet you with a toy. Good prices also. Thanks Louise Spyros

My technician, Marty, was very informative and professional. He showed up during the scheduled time frame and went right to work on troubleshooting my pool heater. He quickly and meticulously narrowed the issue down to a defective part which he promptly replaced.
