From the moment I called in, the company customer service was Amazing & the Technician Jordan arrived on time. He did an Excellent job. Jordan was Very knowledgeable, nice & kind. He diagnosed the A/C Unit very quick, he explained what he was doing & got the job done right away. I will tell & refer all my friends & family members.

Amazing work, the AC cleaning inside the unit added years to the life it, installed UV light to continuously clean the air. The technician was very knowledgeable.
Chris, the technician, arrived on time and in minutes he knew why my heat was not turning on. He replaced my thermostat and checked a few other things. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Rome Aire very highly.
They do take advantage of people. There was a problem with the A/C and we called them to get a tech out who "diagnosed" it and said there was a valve to be changed and the thermostat wasn't working properly. I told him not interested in changing the thermostat at that time. They charged me for "diagnostics" and sent a separate invoice for over $1,800. When asked to get an itemized estimate they just sent a reduced one for $1,615. We got a second opinion, paid $650 for a broken motor and had the ac running the same day.
Rome Aire is the best!! Our A/C broke a few days after buying new home and they quickly rescued our new home ownership experience. Emiro and Miguel came out to replace the units inside and out and they did not disappoint. They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, fast and organized. They seamlessly installed both units, cleaned up, and left our new home nice and cool! We are so thankful to the entire team at Rome Aire for a great experience!
Rome Aire was assigned under our warranty of our pool heater. The office called promptly and schedule an appointment. John arrived and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was articulate in describing the mechanics of how the heater works and what problems there were. Parts will be ordered and they will return for the repair. So far I give them an A+.
Marty very professional. His experience and expertise so complete that before we could tell him how we did everything in the troubleshooting manual (twice at least), he had the heater running. 👍
