Service was excellent, John found the problem on my AC unit, he provided all information necessary to make a decision on the repair. He came back the next day first thing in the morning and repaired the unit. He was very professional. Will definitely used their service again.

Barrington and Jeremiah just installed my new air conditioner. Both men were experienced, pleasant and did a great job in installing my AC. Barrington was helpful in giving me tips on the benefits of a UV light and I had that installed after checking and seeing this is a great technology for Florida homes. I have been using Rome Air for 30 years and I am always impressed with the technicians because of their expertise and their wonderful personalities.

This is the best A/C company in all of South Florida. They have been my. Company for 27 years!! Do not call any one but Rome aire. Scott is the best technician on the planet, I can’t say anything except he is fabulous, awesome, honest and very knowledgeable about all a/c issues. Use this company. They are amazing I’m every way!!!!!!

Scott was by far the best technician we have dealt with. He found so many different issues and addressed them on the spot. We had a few other AC guys before but they never told us any of this. He left maybe an hour ago and we are already feeling the difference in our house. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Technician Dan was prompt to arrive, professional and quick to find the problem—installed a new motor and had our AC cooling in no time! While I agreed with Dan’s observation that our indoor unit was reaching end-of-life, I appreciated that Dan provided a repair for the outdoor unit that should allow us a bit more time before we replace the system. We’ve been Rome Aire customers for more than 15 years; they’ve always provided great service and fair pricing for our two AC systems and our pool heat pump.

They installed brand new a/c 2 months ago. They couldn’t install properly. It stopped working. The technician came to fix and said “ error in installation, there is a bad solder joint”.
He couldn’t fix the error. He left without testing.

Stay away from this company.

Marty continues to bemy GO TO HVAC mechanic. Totally understood the system and diagnosed appropriately and economically. Great job. AND a really good guy. Love the office staff.

By far the best ac company out there. Always on time and great experience! Service tech are clean and leave you house they way it was when they got there. I have four house that all have aire conditioning for Rome Air Services and have had the best experiences with them. I have been a customer for over 10 years now and I call and they are there! Prices are the best and I recommend a service contact.

Great experience with Rome Aire. Easy to get the office on the phone. Fast appointments available. And after my pool guy said I'd likely need a new heat pump (to the tune of thousands of dollars), Rome was able to determine it was just a capacitor issue and got the unit up and running in under $300. Great service on our AC units too. Highly recommended!
