I called Rome air about repairing our pool heater. They had to order a new compressor which they did right away in spite of the fact that there wasn’t much profit involved. As soon as the compressor came in they called me to let me know the part was defective. Subsequently a new part came in and they called me right away to setup the installation. In spite of pouring rain they fixed the pool heater on a Friday and I was back in the pool on Saturday. I am very happy with Rome AIr.and will call them if I am ever in need of their services

Had a few questions about new system Rome Aire was prompt to have John come out and answer all my questions. He did a great job and went above and beyond. During his time here they let him know that our heater was in so he stayed to install and double check all other connections.

Service was excellent. Dan came in a timely manner as the dispatcher mentioned on a Sunday to get our unit running again. The repair was done as promised and very professionally. We were up and running very quickly. We always use a Rome Aire for our routine serve and repairs and are always pleased.

Chris Demaris was wonderful. He spent a lot of time figuring out problem with A/C. And remedied the problem. He was extremely nice & polite & explained everything. I would definitely want him to service the unit again.

I called Rome Aire on a Thursday for service on a pool heater and in less than 24 hours it was fixed. Spoke with Doralle who couldn’t have been more efficient with taking all the information. Technician John was our serviceman , he diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it immediately- unlike other companies that seem never to have the parts on the truck and have to make another visit. Couldn’t be more pleased.
