Friendly A/C

My wife and I own many rental properties and Victor from Friendly AC has been a lifeline for our renters for years. No matter when we call, he always responds and dispatches staff as soon as possible. We appreciate the level of professionalism, quality of service and overall value they provide. Considering the many other AC companies we have dealt with, they are by far the best! Thanks for being there for us Victor.

They are very good, courteous, polite, always Willing to help. Never had a bad experience with them and highly recommend them. Work space is always clean.

I'm proud and more than happy to give Friendly A/C 5 stars. I've now used them several times (can't believe I haven't written a review until now) and each time they have been knowledgeable, very fair priced, very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy. I didn't buy my central unit from them as I didn't know of them at the time, but I will certainly buy its replacement from them.

Air Around the Clock installed my current system and it took them three different installers to properly set it up. When the compressor broke, they tried to charge me THREE TIMES the cost that Friendly charged me, and they were trying to sell me a generic compressor which would only carry a one year warranty whereas an original manufacture's compressor would continue to be under warranty for another 7 years. (I need to write this part under Air Around the Clock's review board also).

I did buy a mini-split from Friendly for our master bedroom as it was always the warmest room in the house. They had a great deal on the system and when I thought there was an issue with it, he literally sent his supplier to my house to take a look. Talk about going above and beyond. By the way, mini-splits are absolutely fantastic. Super quiet and super efficient.

If you want a very honest, responsive and fairly-priced Air Conditioning company, Friendly is by far the best company I've found. They truly take pride in their work and simply want you to be happy. Having dealt with many of your typical contractors in South Florida and experiencing all of the worst they have to offer, I'm very grateful to have come across Friendly! Thank you, guys!

I came home and the temperature in my house was 86 degrees. So, I called Friendly A/C and spoke to Svika, who was very friendly. He was at my house in about an hour and, after diagnosing the issue, performed a quick cleaning on the condenser coil. Right away, the air started to work better, so we figured that was the only issue. However, soon after he left, the air went off again. So I called him and he had me try cleaning out the drain line that goes from the evaporator coil to the outside of the house, but that didn't solve the issue. So, we figured that there was a clog on the inside of the evaporator coil. He came right back to the house and fixed that too. The best part of all, is that their prices were reasonable, he explained everything he was doing so I could better maintain the system on my own and he didn't charge for the return visit! I highly recommend Svika and Friendly A/C to anyone who is looking for an honest A/C repair company without the usual "Upsell" tactics.

These guys are great! My old AC unit stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called them and they answered right away. They had someone come out in less than 24 hours and resolved my issues. They were professional and honest.
