It is refreshing that companies like Friendly A/C exist. They are a Company with integrity, honesty and professionalism. I called Friendly A/C after I had another company come out. The other company said my system was severely restricted, charged me an outrageous price and did not fix the A/C. They told me I needed a new system even though my A/C is only 7 years old and quoted me an inflated price of $7200 for a new system.
I called Friendly A/C and explained the situation. I said if they could fix it great or to quote me for a new system. When I told them the system was only 7 years old, they told me that if I was the original owner, all parts are covered under warranty for 10 years. Friendly, came out and guess what, no restriction on the system. No parts under warranty needed. They fixed it in less than an hour and charged me a very reasonable price. They saved me the $7200 the other company wanted to charge me for a new system. Thank You Friendly A/C and needless to say, I will be a customer of Friendly A/C going forward.

I called at 8:00 AM. I was told the tech would arrive between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. The doorbell rang at 11:35 AM.

Aaron introduced himself listened to the situation. When he found the problem he first called the manufacturer to see if the unit was under warranty. It was not, but he had the part on the truck and completed the repair promptly.

I've waited Days for other techs to be able to come diagnose the problem, and more days for parts. THIS is how A/C service in Florida should be!
