What a great company! I have been using Friendly AC for years albeit I was skeptical at first because of the savings, I thought they might be a fly by night company, but I was wrong, The company has changed out 7 complete AC systems over the years, and I literally have saved thousands of dollars. They are consistently a couple of thousands dollars cheaper than their competitors, and with great service, they always show up on time, so don’t hesitate and give Friendly AC a call today, you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Conrad was on time and very professional. He took time to explain my system.

I purchased both my upstairs (3-ton 2018) and downstairs (4-ton 2000) units from Friendly AC. I have also referred some people who actually purchased units the Royal Palm Beach area.
I recently (3-months) had them to service my units and within a month the downstairs units compressor went out.
I called them to repair the unit and the quoted me $820.00 with warranty.
The owner was out is the country so he sent his brother who gave me the quote.
When I scheduled the repair service, the owner increased the price by almost $100.0. When I told him the quote of $820.00 I received from his brother, he said that he would check with his brother and get back to me.
The repairman can on Thursday and returned on Sunday to complete the job.
When the serviceman submitted the bill it was for $910.00, not the original quote of $820.00.
The owner said that Freon went up (I guess over less than a month) and would not honor the quoted price.
I feel that Friendly AC uses unfair business practices and I do not recommend anyone to use their services.
They set their prices on a day-to-day basis or customer-by-customer basis.
Buyers Beware.

Friendly AC installed my unit five years ago and have continued to service it ever since. On Wednesday this week my AC started blowing hot air. Turns out the coils went bad. By Friday am they were here with new coils under warranty and replaced them in less then two hours. Great company and personnel. Will continue to use them on other projects and share their info with friends. Thanks guy’s for a job well done. Keep up the good work. It’s hard to find these days.
