Outstanding customer service. They were prompt, unlike a lot if companies today, and completed the job for they originally quoted me.

I have dealt with so many AC companies in the past but Friendly AC by far is the most professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, fair and loyal one. My job as a realtor requires me to work with AC companies all the time. I was using a different company in the past and never experienced what an outstanding Customer Service is until I worked with Friendly AC. I had an AC unit in one of the rental properties which stopped working. I contacted an AC company, they came over, charged me for the diagnostic and Freon. 2 weeks later problem accord again, they came over added Freon. They didn’t charge me this time. A few weeks later my AC stopped working completely. I called the same company and they told me I need a new unit. I searched for a different AC company and after reviewing the ratings decided to contact Friendly AC. From the first phone call I realized how professional and courteous this company is. They connected me to Tsvika , the owner of the company, he listened to my issue and assure me they will fix the issue. I spoke to him at 6pm and very next day at 8 am they were at the house. Found the issue in less than 15 minuets and resolved it in less than an hour. They put the Truck Role fee towards my fixing cost as well. The owner visited the job as well to ensure great customer experience. They treated my house and my family like their own. I will highly recommend these guys. Call them and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Within 24 hours of receiving my quote, I had both units replaced.

Not only was it a quick process but they fixed a few wiring issues and completely cleaned up the shotty work the previous installers had done many years ago.
