Amir arrived early, was very personable and professional. He tried multiple ways to diagnose the issue and ultimately fixed it by finding a wire issue on a humidifier. He took his time, answered questions and gave great advice on future maintenance and air flow. I am SO glad I chose this company over the others!!

I needed to replace my very old AC unit. Frank from Direct Cooling responded very quickly to my request for quotes from several local companies on Angi's List. I decided to go with the quote that I received from Direct Cooling because not only was the pricing reasonable, but also because Frank was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. His crew showed up on time to install the new AC unit and thermostat, and everything went very well. Frank was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the new unit. I am very pleased with my entire experience with Direct Cooling and so happy that I now have a new AC unit! I highly recommend Direct Cooling for all of your AC needs!

Jesus fixed our a/c once again. Fast, on-time, professional, personable service at a fair price. Rare in SE Florida, eh? Nuff said.

I called Frank for a quote on a new unit as I know mine will not last that much longer. He was nice, professional, on time, an did a thorough inspection in the house, attic, and garage. He informed me that if we can keep the unit going till January we can get some newer technology and he gave me direction on how to keep it running till then. They came and acid washed the coils the next day, and we will use Direct Cooling to install our new unit in January!! Thanks for the great service and advice Frank!!

Direct Cooling and Frank were a pleasure to work with. Frank gave me an estimate the same day I called, and the AC unit was installed 2 days later. The installation went as planned and was painless. The units were swapped out and our home was clean and respected throughout the process. I would recommend Direct Cooling to everyone in the South Florida area! Thank you Frank and team!

I would avoid using these guys for any residential work, period. I paid good money to have all the ducts reengineered and replaced to better distribute air to the rooms in the house and especially our master bedroom. The work was haphazard at best and when they were done we still had little to no air in our bedroom while the kids were freezing. They came out to fiddle with it some more to make adjustments but no luck. The owner has no clue on how to calculate volume or velocity or how to properly install or manage installers. Not only did the workers steal my daughter’s candy (yep. Got pictures and video) but they failed to replace ductwork in some of the really hard to reach spaces in the attic. Several were left disconnected and cold air was blowing into the attic from the poorly installed ducts. They even stuffed a box of my personal items from the attic under the makeshift plenum to hold it up. Any of my attic items that were in their way they just tossed into the insulation. We finally had another company come out and replace the entire system and all the duct work. It is finally working correctly after a year of misery. I was super nice to these guys and would have expected a little more professionalism. Big mistake. The new company, Cool Bear via Home Depot, has been fantastic. I cut my electric bill in half and finally have a cool master bedroom.
