Air Boca

We had our A/C unit installed by Air Boca in 2008. At the time, I did a little research and they had good reviews, so we went with them. We were very happy with the installation - the guys were professional and the price was fair. We recently had a clog in our drain pipe of the A/C (due to improper maintenance on our part) and there was a ton of standing water inside and next to the unit causing a mildew smell. I called Air Boca again and they came out the same day. I was afraid that I would hear a horror story, but Carlos (the owner) took a look and said it was no big deal. He had everything all cleaned up and put back together in no time.
We own an older house (built in 1968) and we've had a lot of remodeling done over the years. There have been some good contractors and some that are downright criminal. It's hard to know who to trust, unless you're in the business, in which case you'd probably be doing the work yourself anyway. You don't have to worry about trusting Air Boca - they are honest, decent people and they do great work.

I love the people at Air Boca. I have used them for many years and they have always been more than accomodating to my needs and my schedule. Their prices are fair, and they seem to go out of their way to suggest ways that I can save money. Since I have two units, and they are very old, I am extremely glad that I went with their preventative maintenance plan to keep them up and running. I never thought that the units would last as long as they have. Any time I have had a problem, they come out the same day. I will always recommend Air Boca to my friends and family.

Yohan is amazing. He came out to help me after I recently installed a Nest in my apartment. I smelled a burning smell when I turned it on for the first time and called Air Boca to come out the following day. Upon arrival, wearing a mask the entire time, Yohan professionally explained to me how to use the Nest and some tips/tricks when using it. He checked the unit to make sure nothing was burned out and testing the cooling/heating just to make sure everything was fine. I must have had the heat accidentally turned on via my app on my phone when I first tried to start the Nest. Yohan was great. I would love to have him come out again in the future

I am happy to share an amazing experience my family had by hiring Air Boca to install a brand new incredible 17 seer Trane AC unit in our home in east Boca Raton . First we recently purchased our home and suspected our AC was not working properly and we were lucky enough to find Air boca techs installing 3 units at the same time in a 2 story home across the canal from us so we stopped by to ask questions . The techs were extremely friendly who referred us to the owner Carlos who stopped by our home that day for a free in home inspection . Carlos was not only professional and polite he treated us like his own family and sat down at the kitchen table and broke down on paper our 3 best options from lowest cost to highest cost and a simple breakdown of the differences of the 3 choices . I knew I could trust his advice he called his office we set up a time within days that worked for the complete install and we signed a contract . On the day of the install the techs that showed up could of been like Carlos twins they were on time professional in both appearance and polite and comfortable to have working in our home and by lunch time the job was complete and the tech from Air Boca stayed at the house until we understood how to operate the new Nest cell phone controlled thermostat which is incredible ! Now we adjust the temperature of our home before we even arrive at the house ! We love the guys from Air Boca we trust the guys from Air Boca and give them a excellent reference for anyone needing AC work done in our area ! Thank you Air Boca Matt and Uly and the new Baby !

Wow! Same day service (by chance). Called for regular service appointment. Turns out a technician was available and in our area. He came very quickly, was in and out within 30 minutes or so, and pronounced everything was perfect. Their service and follow up is excellent. I would recommend Air Boca highly.

Amazing company. Air Boca keeps up with the maintenance of our air conditioners. They will come to you the same day if there's a problem, and fix it the same day as well. Great service and price. 10/10

I must have gotten 10 quotes from various companies in my area. Some companies had good reviews but high prices. Others had love prices but bad reviews. Air Boca had very good reviews and the best price. They were very professional, did what they promised and I am very happy. Would highlt recommend!

After a frustrating experience with one of the technicians at Air Boca, Yohan and his team did a nice job communicating what was really going on and providing our options. Our final repairs were done today and we are feeling more confident about our service contract and Air Boca. We will be requesting Yohan specifically for challenges moving forward...
