Yohan was an excellent technician today. Although our issue was replacement of batteries- he took the time to explain how my unit works and went the extra mile to make sure things are smooth sailing. He was professional and educated me which I appreciated immensely. I will definitely use AIR BOCA with any needs I have in the future!

We would strongly recommend Air Boca! We have been using Carlos and his Team from Air Boca for the lat 5 years including two moves in the Boca area. He has both maintained and replaced our air conditioning systems. Carlos has a very knowledgeable team and he personally works with them in the field.

Dianna and Carlos were extreme profession, knowledgeable. They explained all the different options. They answered all my questions regarding best type of AC unit. Followed up on our satisfaction. Their quote was fairly priced. Ikar and Service team were efficient, polite very neat ! Will always recommend AirBoca. !

Completed in under 4 hours start to finish. They gave me 3 quotes on 3 different systems, all reasonably priced too. Work was done a few days later with a 2 man crew. Other companies quoted much higher and said it would take a few days. Yohan and another guy got immediately to work and were done before lunch. Really impressive from start to finish.
We got a nest thermostat that was easy to program and set a daily schedule. Highly Recommend you call these guys last before you make your decision...

The difference between Air Boca and Perfect Degrees was night and day. They immediately defaulted to doing no duct work without listening to the actual work that needed to be done. The person that answers the phone is a respresentative of the company. If the company doesn't make sure it's a qualty experience, how can we trust the rest of their product to be?

I am very grateful and thanksfull to Boca Air for fixing my AC on 4th of July at 9-10pm after I went to several companies earlier that day with promises and assurance that someone for sure will come and fix and nobody showed. This company is professional and expeditious. Called late the night before and they advised they would have someone call me first thing in the morning, which they did. They had first available technician come early. Yohan Arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Pleasure doing business with them and would definitely use them again if needed and will recommend!

Disappointed....
We had a unit installed back in April 2020. The guys were nice, fast and I didn't have any issues at the time.
Fast forward 2 months on a Sunday and I wake up to a puddle of water coming from the light socket in my ceiling on to my laminate flooring. Turned out the pan was not level and the water from the pan was spilling over into the attic. I wasn't able to clear the line because it had been sealed up. When a technician called me back and I told him what was happening and that I didn't want to pay for the service call, he told me I had to wait until Monday. We had to put something under the pan to stop the water from spilling out. The technician came out and fixed what was wrong and installed a pipe so I could clear my own line. He saw that it was not level AND the floater that should have automatically shut the machine down when it gets clogged wasn’t working! After many calls to the office manager who tried to tell me that this was not their problem and to blow a fan on the floor (as my laminate was buckling) to dry it out and told me I had to file a claim with our insurance company. The water spread into a bedroom and the floor was buckled badly. They arranged for the owner to come out on Friday.... 6 days after I reported it. At that moment I knew they were not taking this seriously so I filed an insurance claim and a restoration company came out to begin the drying process. Fans for a week. When the owner arrived, we went back and forth and I was told their insurance doesn’t cover floors. He grilled me and I had an answer for every question. I handled it exactly as I should have and he understood that this was a faulty installation. He couldn’t even help me with the deductible. After going back and forth, it was finally decided that I was going to continue to go through my insurance company and that would be that. He wasn’t willing to do anything for us. I told him he needed to tell his guys to be more careful. This all could have been avoided if they had just paid closer attention. I gave them a good review and the guys got paid a little bonus for that. I've since taken my review down and replaced it with this one.

I have gone months without flooring and my home is a wreck waiting for the insurance to finalize. The entire side of my home needs new flooring because my old floor was discontinued.

Be sure they get everything right before they leave! I’m writing this because I don’t want it to happen to anyone else.
