Air Boca

Our A/C stopped working over the weekend.I have a 95 year old mother so time was of the essence. We called Air Boca on Sunday morning. Johan took all the pertinent information and Carlos arrived Monday morning before 10AM and we were up and running in no time. The staff members I spoke with were extremely informative, cordial and highly professional. Carlos provided us with information about FPL and a code for 2 free months of surge protection. He took the time to explain how we could possibly avoid future problems and not incur future AC bills for repair if we are protected by a program from FPL. In today's world most companies brag about paramount customer service yet few provide it. Air Boca certainly proved their WORTH and how extremely important customer service is to them! We will now be loyal customers of Air Boca and recommend their superb services to everyone who requires their services! I cannot compliment Carlos and his staff enough! It is so rare to acquire such outstanding service today but Air Boca certainly goes above and beyond their required services!

We just had our 6 month maintenance check with Noel and was very pleased with the entire service. Air Boca has been our air conditioning company for the last three years and we feel we are with a trusted, competent, and professional group. They are prompt in response and provide excellent repair work and installation. The office calls to set up appointments, reminders, lets you know who is coming and what time to expect them. They installed our unit three years ago and worked with us to select the right sized and priced one for us. We can't say enough about their professionalism and work standard.

I had a new AC unit installed by Air Boca just recently. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation, the technician Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job.
Diane, the office manager, had all the paperwork and permits organized and was always helpful and responsive. Thank you.

I would like to acknowledge the help that Air Boca gave me last week. My a/c had stopped putting out cool air. I called up Air Boca and spoke with Diane. She was able to send a technician to evaluate the problem the same day. The service tech Yandis was very professional and found I was low on freon and replaced the freon. He also found that I had a sticky thermostat and was able to replacement it. The work was done timely and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Air Boca

I have been using Air Boca for semi-annual service since we moved into into the Broken Sound Club 4 years ago. About 18 mo ago I decided to get a new system. I received multiple bids knowing ahead of time I'd use Air Boca due to their outstanding service. They are very professional, reasonably priced, honest and always on time. They stand behind the products they sell and the work they do. Happy customer here!!

I recently decided to try Air Boca after having poor service with another local company. The tech found a major issue with my (already wonky) unit during routine maintenance and we decided to replace the system, rather than repair the issue. The installation service was very fast, their team was organized and clean, and they did a great job installing the new system. Price was below national average.

Gotta shout out to Air Boca and my tech Yandis who responded to my after hours call tonight and had my AC diagnosed and fixed within an hour of when I called at 830pm. They were professional and helpful and most importantly: timely!!! when the alternative would be sitting in my house in this summer heat without the AC. Thanks Yandis and Air Boca.

8/4/21 Update to company's response below -
They did not offer my husband a refund, they offered a $95 credit!! We were charged $151 for the switch in feb and an additional $338 for the emergency service call last week. In addition we paid $175 for carpet to be cleaned after the leak. So we spent $664 on something that should never have happened had the switch been installed properly by their technician and the unit turn off as intended. If you would like to do the right thing and refund us for what we were charged, then I will gladly update my review to indicate that. We have been loyal customers since 2015 and expected to be treated as such.

We have used this company for (twice a year) maintenance for many years and didn’t have a problem until there was an actual problem. Then the true colors came out. In February while servicing our unit, the Technician suggested we pay for him to install a “switch”. He explained that this switch will prevent our unit from ever leaking because it is designed to turn off the unit if the pan gets backed up. This seemed like a great idea so we bought it. Fast forward 5 months and air condition started leaking, unit never turned off and switch did not work as promised. We had a technician come out from Air Boca and he explained that the switch didn’t malfunction, it was actually installed incorrectly. We were charged for an emergency service call to fix the problem, which never should have occurred in the first place had the switch worked as intended. The owner refused to refund us for the emergency call stating “human errors happen”. Yes, they do. But the customer should not pay for a company’s “human error” Stay clear!!

Carlos and everyone at Air Boca are fantastic people and professionals. I have used Air Boca for the last 20 years and would never switch companies.They take care of everything from maintenance to installation and they are reasonably priced. Trustworthy, smart, and courteous people work there and I think they are the best in the business!

We've called on weekends, nights, and holidays for our a/c problems; they always respond. Their prices are reasonable and their quotes are accurate and upfront. They recently saved us a service call by telling me how to reset my ac after a huge storm. They're awesome
