Air Boca

We had a sudden and unexpected need for a new cooling/heating unit in our condo, on the 18th floor of a high rise building. Air Boca responded very quickly with a competitive price. They delivered the unit in one day, and were ready to do the installation when it was noted that there was a broken water valve which could not be shut off. They quickly arranged for a plumber who arrived within a couple of hours and did the valve replacement. The Air Boca people were there when the plumber finished his work, and the A/C unit was installed within a couple of hours. These are people that are easy to reach, communicate clearly, show up when promised, and deliver on their promises. They are a rarity these days. Highly recommended.

I've lived in Boca since 1984. After doing an extensive research and having five different vendors to my home, I selected Air Boca and am completely delighted with the 4-man crew that completed by 2 x AC unit install in under five hours. They were neat, thorough and completed everything they said they would. Couldn't ask for anything more than that. Highly recommend Carlos' company for the job!

Excellent customer service. Yohan and his fellow technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and worked as a team to replace my AC Unit. They took the time to explain to me the different features of the new AC and how each one works. The head technician was very accommodating and even fulfilled my request to receive a digital thermostat with large numbers. I highly recommend Air Boca to anyone in need of honest advice and excellent workmanship.

As a firefighter, I work 24hr shifts (or longer). My old AC went down while I was on shift. Air Boca was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am forever grateful. I called and explained my situation, and my uncommon work schedule, and the ladies working the office worked very hard to try to get me worked in. They got me an appointment the very next morning with a technician who really knew his work. We talked over the phone about my home and my AC needs, and he stopped by first thing in the morning to check out the old system and what it would take to install a new one.
Knowing that I was about to go back on shift, and with the weekend following that, they made every effort to make sure I got a new install right away. The new unit has been running in the south Florida summer heat for 3 months, and it is perfect. Nothing but compliments to the equipment, the staff, their understanding, professionalism, and sheer effort towards their customers.
They even helped me install a UV light to help fight pet allergies, etc. installed a new concrete slab, and even very carefully adjusted my patio pavers to make sure the new slab was a clean fit. They even called back a few weeks later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Nothing but professionalism and consideration all around.
I will forever be a grateful customer, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward, professional AC crew. Incredible service.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I think Air Boca deserves good review and decided to write up something. I have got new Trane unit installed through Air Boca recently. Yani and his helper did great job installing. They are very professional, clean, fast, knew exactly what they were doing. This is not the first time I used Air Boca, in fact, 5 years ago Carlos helped to install a new Trane unit for my rental property. 5 years is a long time to test out installation quality, and the time proved their good quality work. This is small company with good track record for long time, and definitely my first choice compared to other bigger companies. Because, when you go with bigger companies, you don't know who will be doing actual installation job. With Air Boca, you know exactly who will be doing the job and how long those good technicians been with company. When a small companies like Air Boca can keep most their employees for long time, it shows that those people are treated right with respect. My #1 go to AC company is Air Boca! A friend and I have been using Air Boca for 20 years! They have a great service plan and are always prompt. For working people it is really nice that they can accommodate with Saturday calls. Recently I had a new A/C unit installed and they did a beautiful job. Usually Yandis does the service calls but Yohan was there to supervise the installation.Recently I had bought a condo with an old unit which was doing well but it was on borrowed time. Air Boca serviced it and never once tried to sell me a new one until it was time to do so.. Finally it went out (fortunately last New Years so it was not hot). Carlos and family are a deeply religious family and they will always treat you fairly and beyond reproach. Air Boca is like family and we wouldn't think of using any other A/C company!

I recently had a new ac unit installed in my apartment. Air Boca was on time, easy to work with, clean, and they did a great job. My landlord paid for the unit so I can't speak for cost. My only hope is that they find a way to have service or install work after 5 pm or weekends for people like me who work on the clock.

Their installation team was well orchestrated. They laid a drop cloth down from the front door to the work and unit area. They communicated via walkie talkie and I never heard them remove the old unit. Very quiet, professional, and helpful at the end when explaining the paperwork and how to use the new unit. Highly recommend.

We have been using Air Boca for years and the service has always been superior. Plus, there yearly maintenance program pays for itself! Our air conditioner, which Air Boca installed, is nine years old and still running strong. This company has my loyalty.

The entire staff is so responsive and knowledgeable about both their specialty and the clients needs. I originally contacted Carlos when we had a problem with our unit which they hadn’t installed. And not only did he take care of it, he was able to submit all the warranty paperwork to the manufacturer and get us coverage on parts. I didn’t even know that there was a warranty in place! Since then I’ve had several different techs come for service and even though I loved Carlos for saving us several years ago, every one of them has been a credit to their industry. I feel very comfortable calling them when I’m here by myself and I would and have recommended them to anyone.

Air Boca came out to one of our client's homes to remove the A/C for us. The technicians were exceptional. They were incredibly polite and immaculately clean with their work. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They worked efficiently and treated us as if we were family. When they were all packed up and ready to get back in their truck to leave, I couldn't get the other A/C in the house to work. The technicians got back out of their truck and took all of their tools back out, fixed the other A/C at no charge and wouldn't even accept a tip. As a contractor I very often run into subcontractors that are generally angry. The techs from Air Boca were the complete opposite. They went above and beyond for us and were very genuine.
