I needed my A/C unit serviced quick, so I called Chris. He got it done the same day. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I couldn't be happier. Great service and great customer skills. I highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

We have been Newbern customers for over 10 years now and can't say enough good things about them. Chris's crew is polite, efficient, knowledgeable and on-time. They also always clean up behind themselves.
We had a clog in our A/C drain line over the weekend which caused the A/C to stop working. Chris offered a suggestion to my husband get it back operational right away which worked like a charm. The next morning, a crew was dispatched and performed my annual maintenance at a reasonable price.

We have used Newbern AC & Heating for over 10 years. Chris and his crew are quick to respond, are friendly and professional. I had a fan capacitor that needed replaced on the outside unit. Patrick and Logan called letting me know they were on their way, arriving within 15 minutes. They had it diagnosed and replaced in no time. They explained how the capacitor should be working. Even with the busy summer season, we always have fast, professional service.

I appreciate the Excellent service and workmanship that Patrick and TJ gave my salon today installing my split unit. In this Florida heat an extra unit was needed. Chris Newburn was extremely fast with installing and making my girls happy. I appreciate them so much and would refer over and over again. Small business to another. God bless and Thank You.

Update: Not a part of any "hate campaign". My review is based on YOUR etiquette on your own Google reviews and the reviews of others. Your replies speak volumes to your level of compassion and empathy. Your reviews on Yelp dating back to 2015 show that you take advantage of the ignorance of a consumer when it comes to Central AC and heating units. You have multiple reviews stating you've taken advantage of women and elderly. 34 years in business and somehow still making mistakes as basic as overcharging refrigerant or damaging coils during install shows you still have room to grow.

I hope you don't break too many pencils while aggressively putting strikes through the names of people who trusted you to fix their ACs.

Last year this company replaced an A/C coil in our system. One year later, the owner of this company stated that it has gone bad after investigating why the A/C was blowing hot air. He also stated that the coil can go bad in a year and that it "happens all the time". I have been in construction my entire life and have worked in all fields. I have never seen a brand new A/C coil just go bad after 1 one year. Either A. This company is installing refurbished equipment or B. Poor installation practice. We have used this company since the current owners father owned the company. Not anymore, since they requested $600 more dollars to install a new one. We didn't expect them to do it for free, but at least a considerable discount. That's how good business is done. You make things right.

Update 08/25/20: After having another company come out and investigate. It turns out that the coil was damaged during, or before install. The first thing the tech noticed was green dye used to detect leaks in a coil. So, this pos daddies boy knew the coil was damaged. Which is why he didn't even have to investigate why a coil was not performing after a year. Stay away from this company.

Michael's team was great, installed a couple of Mitsubishi mini splits in my airbnb rooms so guests can control their own air/heat. It was done exactly to our liking. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using Newbern for about 7 years now. They have always been efficient and never try to do more than what’s needed, or overcharge us. Just today, I called their office at 2:18 pm, and my unit was fixed right at 3:00 pm! And this was a very busy day for them! I will always recommend them.

Great customer service! Very responsive and get problems fixed fast. Needed a new unit and had it installed the next day. Would recommend!

Been using this company for my home HVAC needs for almost 20 years now and they are highly recommended. Honest and trustworthy, they will take care of you fairly if you have a problem, and they also make a great effort to visit the same day if possible.
