The service provided by Air Serv and the entire team was beyond exceptional! Jen, Jessica, Will, Terrik Smith, David Crosson I can't thank you enough, this has been the BEST experience ever, my furnace went out and in less than a week a new one was installed, just WOW!! You guys are absolutely wonderful! Merry Christmas to the entire team. 🎄

Jason was prompt and responsive to his client, until 2am when there was no heat in the house. Thank you for your work and coming on short notice. Have dealt with AirServe on many occasions and they are top notch.

Matt And Nick both work on my heat pump and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone. Both were very professional and extremely courteous. I gave them both an A+

Service used last year; they left my filter heavily soiled on day 1. Promised replacement filters from 3 different reps and still never gave me any.

Left my property (yard and home) dirty. Caused large duct sag in return duct that they fabbed to connect to the new furnace blower. Paid for full house duct cleaning; they blew compressed air through all the ducts AFTER installing the new hvac system. They actually argued they didn't need to clean the evap coil bc the filter caught everything, ignoring the supply side they blew into. My AC evap coil is soiled and was spewing gunk out the drain pipe all summer, which proves them wrong. Their proposed compensation was installing an air quality monitor in my ducts, which I refused. They put enough holes in my ducts already during their "cleaning" service.

I would have found it acceptable if:
- They would pay for 3rd party air quality testing
- Actually fab a return duct that fits without major sag; their solution was foil taping the 1"+ gaps.
- flush out the evap coil

A whole year later, they have not addressed any of these and only call to remind me to schedule maintenance. I told them to stop calling because I can't trust them anymore, especially after their lack of respect in regards to the safety of my home even after I informed them of my health condition before the job.

This is a review to thank Aire Serv of Elkton for coming out and fixing my heating issue. Yesterday morning at approximately 0200, my thermostat stopped receiving main power, so my house was not receiving any heat. I proceeded to call Sobieski , who I have a warranty through after buying the house with Ryan Homes. I asked for help as soon as possible and they said they would give me a call tomorrow morning (this morning) to schedule a tech visit. This morning I received the call a little after 0700 and was told that they would not be able to send anyone out until tomorrow morning Dec 24th, even said their emergency services were booked till tomorrow morning, after I told them that I had been out of heat for more than +24 hrs and tonight we are getting a flash freeze dropping temperatures down to 10 degrees, all they could do is say Sorry, couldn't help till the following day. So after asking for community help, I reached out to one of the recommendations, Aire Serv. They said they would be able to get someone out within the next hour, or two. Twenty minutes later they were at my door and hopped right on it, they were able to find and fix the issue within an hour and charged me only 89 dollars. The man was friendly, respectful, and very explanatory of everything. I am satisfied and pleased that I will be doing my business with them from now on.

The diagnostic was really well done and he came quickly. He was able to inspect my 18 year old furnace and identify that there were several problems. I appreciated that each step was explained clearly and he showed me what was going on. He also inspected the duct work of the house and found some issues that could be addressed. I'm eager to do more business to get all of my issues addressed.

Our experience far exceeded our expectations. From our first visit with Dave to the final install everything was handled professionally and the quality of work was exceptional. The system was installed on a day that was 93 with high humidity and the crew worked non- stop to get us up and running. Juan Diaz and his team exhibited a standard of work ethic and knowledge that you dont see everyday. I would highly recommend Aire - Serv - everyone we worked with were very knowledgeable and service oriented.

Terrik S. and David C. installed my new furnace and did a great job. I'm very happy with the service and quality from this company, they gave me a no hassle estimate and it was much lower than every other company around.

Our heat went belly up in our Middletown, DE home and we needed urgent heating diagnostic service on 1/8/23. Aire Service came out within 2-3 hours of our call. 👍Tyleek the service engineer was very kind, nice, professional, knowledgeable, considerate, accountable, respectful and even had a good sense of humor. 👍 He showed us the problem and demonstrated the issue. A part needed to be ordered and it became available within 24 hours. Tyleek returned to install the new part, left the old part with us and even stayed a while to ensure we were getting heat again and that our thermostat reading was going up which it did. Thank you Aire Service, and especially Tyleek for being available and doing a great job and for providing great customer service. And yes, we took advantage of the membership to curtail any future mishaps with our HVAC. 🙂

The tech, Mitch W., was prompt and arrived within the specified time. He accessed the problem and informed me of such, including giving me a quote of the total cost to replace the part and fix the problem before beginning the job. The work was completed within the estimated arrival time! 😁
I will use this company again, as well as refer to others who need the services of an exceptional HVAC Company.
