    I tried to install a new smart thermostat on my own on a Sunday afternoon. Somehow, I accidentally blew a fuse, which I couldn’t fix myself, and then was stuck without an operational HVAC unit. I called Aireserv and they were there Monday morning and fixed the problem quickly. The rate wasn’t bad and I was just happy to have my HVAC unit up and running. I will definitely use again in the future if I have an urgent issue.

    WOW!!! What an AMAZING company. They were here within 90 minutes finished the job and cleaned up! From Katie, Matt, James and especially Heather what a wonderful place to deal with! Professional, and so customer Service oriented especially in todays world. After not having heat for a month what a pleasure it was to work with this company!     After being screwed over by a mom and pop shop I decided to give Aire Serv a call. I'm glad I did, because they fixed the root cause of my issue and did not try to band-aid the issue like the company I first used. James V. was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable of what was the issue was with my furnace.     Exceptional Job from start to finish! Rob S. and James V. installed a new Bosch system at our residence. I typically do a lot of research before committing to big purchases. Beforehand it was throughly explained to me about what type of unit we should have installed. I did a few searches and inquiries on the unit and I knew this was the right direction- that was the extent of my research. Superior quality, professional, and honest!

They were absolutely the right choice; couldn't have been more professional from start to finish. Our technician Matt Mills was top-notch, friendly and patient.     Best customer service that I've dealt with in a long time. When I spoke with the call center, they impressed me with their understanding of the hvac industry. Justin recently installed a new electronic filter and performed a tune-up on our system. Juan and his team moved our water heater when we finished our basement.100% satisfied with the services provided by this company.

    Rich was super friendly super helpful very informative.He was not pushy on anything and was quite frankly a 100% honest and that was very refreshing.I have avoided getting done my annual maintenance on my heater since I've had it for the last few years, but after today's experience I will. Definitely make sure I continue this maintenance every year.

    I have a service contract with Aire Pro. The techs are very professional with good knowledge about my systems. They arrive when they say they will. They have repaired systems put in by another contractor, that were installed with problems.

    I recently had the pleasure of having my furnace serviced by Jason Carpenter. He was more than patient with me in explaining how to replace filters on the ionized system purchased last year. Definitely an asset to this company!
