Super promt, professional, excellent!! Our whole house humidifier wasn't working, Josh showed up, fixed the unit and explained the problem to us. Very reasonable price and didn't try to push us into unnecessary services, thank goodness!! Highly recommended

This morning Saturday May 13,2023 I inquired via Facebook ad. Someone got back to me right away. I had no ac and they scheduled me that day between 3-5pm. Their service guy Chris came promptly. He was a really nice and professional and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure. The bad news was we need a new system which they scheduled someone to come out tomorrow Sunday to go over pricing and installing a new system. I’m very happy so far. The service so far has been excellent. Update: 5/17/23 They were on time and did an excellent job installing the system. The service man and helper were two super nice and respectful guys. An asset to the company. I will update this review during the use of the system and see how it holds up.

Jason was very professional and courteous towards myself and my 90 year old mother. I reside in Florida and he explained everything to mine and my mother's satisfaction. He was knowledgeable and gave us options that hopefully resolve the issue for the long term. Thank you

I had such a great experience with AireServ! From our initial estimate which was scheduled and settled in less than 24 hours. To the fact that they were able to come install our air conditioner and heater 4 days after our estimate. Aire Serv provides amazing customer service that is unmatched! I am a customer for life, and would gladly recommend them to anyone I know.

This was my yearly check up and evaluation of my A/C unit. I have had this done before by another company.
I very much appreciated Zac's knowledge and professionalism. He educated me about my options for upgrading (I have a 23 year old A/C unit that still works but is obviously aging). His recommendation was solid but what I really appreciated about him is he was not trying to "hard-sell" me on it. His approach actually has me considering it as a constructive investment in my property. Something I did not consider when the other company tried the hard sell. I am somewhat knowledgeable about the system and he told me nothing but truths throughout. Great job and great rep for your company.

Called today on the recommendation of a friend as our AC was not working. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and walked me through some simple troubleshooting steps. I was surprised when she said someone would be out today sometime after 5. Their Pro Mitch Wessel arrived earlier than the estimated time. Mitch was very professional and quickly found the problem. He was easy going and answered all my questions. Mitch had the part needed to fix the AC unit on his truck had the unit running. I am so glad we called Aire Serv of Newark and will be recommending to my friends.

I have an old system, that needed more work then it was worth. Aire's Tech got it up and running for me till we could better find time to address the problem, with out a panic, and on my scheduled. Their Tech did a great job and even took time out of his personal life to make things work.

The company started out with very professional consultation which led to one of the best service calls experienced. The consultant explained everything so that we were educated and ready to make the best decision, the purchase of our unit. Then their installers came as scheduled to help finish the job. Casey and Gabe were great professionals who helped highlight what they needed to do, performed it with no noise, and finished their work without any complications. Appreciate Dave, Casey, and Gabe for their commitment to great service. I will highly recommend Airserv to anyone looking for their services.
