Amazing experience with this company! We had been dealing with multiple companies for months, contacted Aire Serv and there was an immediate relief. Aire Serv addressed my concerns and had everything taken care of and a new system in my house within the week I contacted them. Heather in the office is amazing and was there to answer all of my questions. We had a great experience with all technicians that installed our system as well. Thank you Aire Serv!

Aireserv technicians Tarek, Dave, Joe, Sean, and Joe did an outstanding job of installation of our new Heating and AC units in our home. They were very professional and courteous, and worked extremely well together. They worked tireously to complete the installation in one day and made sure we understood all aspects of our new system. Many thanks for the Aireserv team for all their hard work.

Having to replace a furnace was something I wanted to avoid, however my unit was 20+ years old and in terrible condition. Aire Serv made a bad situation better by their professionalism and patience, taking time to explain everything to me as well as supplying pictures of the external and internal parts of my dilapidated system. One of their mechanics even spotted a tiny leak in my roof. Had the leak gone unnoticed it could have become much more expensive to correct. Aire Serv was flexible so I was able to get the system installed exactly when needed. I have never seen such customer oriented mechanics, and their designer was knowledgeable and helpful as well. The mechanics were neat, organized and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly use Aire Serv's services in the future, if the need arises.

When my heat pump needed replacing, I contacted three different companies for estimates. I decided to go with Aire Serv Heating & Air, and I am glad I did. They were reasonably priced and professional.

I was especially impressed with Dave Janvier, the man who came out to give me an estimate. I told the representatives of each of the three companies from which I received quotes that I was also considering replacing my water heater, which was still functional but was quite old. I asked each representative if I could have an estimate bundling both replacements in addition to an estimate for just the heat pump. The other two companies' representatives simply agreed to such an estimate. Dave was the only one who asked actually to see the water heater. After looking at it, he advised me that although the heater was old, it was still in good shape and I could likely get a few more years use out of it. He counseled me against getting a new water heater at this time. I was incredibly impressed that he was being so candid even knowing it would cost his company an immediate water heater sale. What he lost Aire Serv in short-term profits, however, he gained in good will and creating what I expect will be a long-time company-customer relationship.

The other thing that impressed me about Dave was that he was the only person who came to my house who actually took house measurements; the other representatives decided which heat pump to try to sell me based on eyeballing my house and looking at the current heat pump. They apparently assumed that the previous heat pump installers correctly matched my previous heat pump with my house size. (It happens that they did indeed do so, but the assumption nevertheless should not have been made.)

Both Dave and Heather (in the company office) were quick to provide answers to my follow-on questions and to work with me regarding pricing and options. I am very satisfied with the final package.

My heat pump installation went smoothly and the pump and thermostat both appear to be working well. It is too soon to say for sure, though, since the pump was only installed today. If there are any major developments -- positive or negative -- I will update this review. But until such time, I can say that I would recommend Aire Serv without reservation. I wish all companies had such good customer service.

Bryson Bean and his assistant were second to none. Bryson was very professional and took his time to explain what he was doing and offered other services. My daughter was right when she recommended Aire Serv to us.

Everyone I worked with were wonderful. Jim explained everything before the install and the guys were here within a week. Tyreek and Dave were both very pleasant and efficient, answering all my questions. They cleaned up all the mess when they left, having been very careful with the booties whenever they had to walk through the house. I am glad I chose them.

These Folks did an awesome job adding a mini-split to my workshop! I almost went the expensive way until Will opened my eyes and showed me a much less expensive and more efficient route! The installation began the next day!!

Aaron and Casey, the installers, did fantastic and quick work and were wrapped up by noon!

I'm now writing this from the comfort of my climate controlled workshop! Great Job Aire Serv!!!!

Best decision I ever made. Absolutely amazing customer service I had my AC unit and heating system and water heater changed. It was all done in one day clean. Very professional. Absolutely recommend this company 100 star✨✨

Very satisfied with the duct cleaning. Bryson was friendly professional, and informative. The dryer vent was unable to be accessed under the trailer and needs some parts replaced. Your cost was a bit pricey, but after informing the office that the dryer part of the job could not be done, the cost was adjusted. Thank you.
