Aire Serv of Newark DE

We have a 20+ year old HVAC and the igniter broke early this morning. Called Air Serv at approximately 1am and spoke with Sara. To my surprise and great relief she was able to schedule an appointment today, Christmas Day!!! James Vendetti was our tech. He showed up several hours early after we received a call asking if that was ok. Major points for that!!! He was able to diagnose the issue, get to the shop and get our heat working again within an hour!!! He was excellent! We are extremely grateful for the quick, professional response!!! THANK YOU!!!

Once again highly satisfied with Airserv. Mr. Nick Bradley thoroughly checked out our furnace and heat pump. He found a pressure issue originating from our propane tank and advised us to get that looked at! Very thankful for that and the level of Service with this company!

The company we used for years was more expensive and also wanted an additional charge for gas, so we tried Aire Serv. We are so glad that we did.
Not only are their prices better, the service we received was fantastic. Josh L. was on time, easy to talk to, and explained to us clearly what was needed and why.
Josh was able to get the part needed immediately so our unit was back in service quickly.

After speaking with Jenny scheduling Saturday work for the afternoon for water heater replacement, the guys showed up promptly, did a excellent job, and were done in 2 hours.
