Aire Service have honest and reliable people working for them. They care, they come out quickly if you have a problem.
I especially like that I can text them and they respond quickly. Even on a Saturday. Peace of mind means a lot to me. Very happy we found them!

Aire Serv just completed my service contract maintenance for my heater. Ryan was the service technician and was very professional, friendly and customer focused. He arrived on time and was respectful of my home. Very thorough job and he made a couple suggestions for surge protection and a polarized media air filter and explained the benefits of each. Completely satisfied! Thank you Ryan!

I had a gas leak on the switch or elbow of the unit and the technicians first thought was to repair instead of replace. That was upsetting, however he thought about it and decided the parts should be replaced, that was comforting. Other than a rocky start I was pleased with the overall service. I would like an invoice of the service which I never received.

The service tech was excellent. I will request for him to return when I called again, thank you so much for sending him. I learned a lot from him today. He did things that the other company didn’t do and I’m grateful. Five stars.

Zach was the technician that serviced our heating system. His professional experience was great appreciated, highly knowledgeable about his work and has a very strong work ethic something you don't see in a lot of employees these days. Aire Serv was responsive to my online request, called at the scheduled time to discuss my issue, and then scheduled an appointment for the next day. Prior to the appointment, I received an email with confirmation and a photo of the technician, as well as updates on arrival time. Bryson, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issue and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

We recently purchased a home that has both ductless mini splits and a standard heat pump system. Both systems needed to be cleaned after a renovation due to allergies. After shopping around Jenny was kind enough to send technicians to my home to access my needs appropriately. Both Ryan and Jason (technicians) were very polite, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions throughly. They cleaned the ductless systems beautifully. Ryan returned at a later date to clean the main unit. It has been a few weeks since the cleaning and soon after we noticed a difference in air quality having a positive impact on our allergies. Thus far everyone I’ve met through Air Serv Jenny, Jason, Ryan, Chris and Cai have all been very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend their services.
