Sunday, 8/7/2022, Rich came out to fix our air conditioning problem. He arrived earlier than expected, checked our system and proceeded to give us a detailed explanation of what was wrong. He fixed the problem, and walked us through a maintenance plan. We are extremely pleased with the prompt service, Rich's professionalism and his friendly demeanor. This was our best service experience in our 30 years as homeowners. Thank you Rich and Aire Serv.
4/17/23 Rich completed the Spring HVAC inspection and tune-up per the Maintenance plan. He explained the benefits of upgrading to the dynamic air cleaner for better airflow and filtration and provided an estimate of the cost.
Needless to say, we signed up for the 2023-2024 Fall/Spring Maintenance plan. Aire Serv is our go-to HVAC service company and Mr. Rich Thompson is our favorite technician. Our thanks to the customer service staff as well. Great group of people.

Our heat stopped on Christmas Eve and our house was 38 degrees. Another company cancelled service at the last minute due to high volume, so I called Aire Serv. They came within an hour of calling and I didn’t get put on hold, on the coldest Christmas Eve I can remember. The technician needed a tool he didn’t have, so the owner came personally to help him. They were both so kind and helpful, and we had heat back in less than an hour. I was so worried that Christmas would be ruined, but they literally saved our Christmas. I totally recommend Aire Serv for how responsive, professional, and kind they are.

We recently purchased our home and we had both an immediate heating issue and also needed an overview of our thermostat and heating system. Jason C., the repair tech, handled both in a timely and professional manner. He represented Aire Serv so very well, we've scheduled a meeting next month to dicusss better hvac solutions for our home. The Aire Serv rep provided me with all the options I asked for. He explained the rebates and his recommendation was about 50% lower cost that other estimates I received.

The install went perfectly. The service a few months later went great. Everyone was helpful and the furnace works better than expected. The home heats up quickly and it is very quiet.

This was my first experience with this company. Nathan was "top notch", friendly, courteous and professional. I hammered him with questions, of which he answered all and even helped me locate and adjust one if the supply baffles to our bedroom. He identified and addressed some components that were borderline to keep on eye on for potential replacement; therefore I signed up for their maintenance plan which covers heat pump & furnace. Looking forward to an honest and sincere relationship.

Quality staff. We’ve used Aire Serv for a few years now, and have always had a positive experience. Tyleek Smith took the time during our latest maintenance visit to explain all that he saw while servicing our heating unit, supporting his recommendations with pictures and options. He didn’t rush through it, and as a result, I felt comfortable making informed decisions to protect my family and the heater.

If possible, I would rate their service as zero. Two people came and went through every corner of my house, but even after they claimed to have cleaned multiple air vents, I could still see bugs. Don't waste your money, this is a scam company.
