I had to replace an expansion tank. The tech (Mike) showed up on time, explained the problem to me and replaced the bad tank immediately. I was very happy with the service and purchased a maintenance club agreement from them.

Finally a contractor that exceeds expectations.
Service people were fast, clean and professional.
They arrived when they said they would and completed the complicated project on time and seemlessly. I would recommend Link to anyone needing a HVAC issue!!!

Called for an estimate on a boiler, spoke to a Kim who was very unprofessional, she needs a lesson on customer service and learn to treat people with respect. They just lost my business due to her behavior. The company policy should be stated before a customer is given the run-around.

Furnace was leaking on bottom when AC was on. Service was prompt; follow up included. My technician was efficient, professional and very neat! The cost was actually better than I expected. :-)

A lemon HVAC system was made to yield lemonade by Link's technician, Casey Leblanc, after malfunctioning for nearly two years in both heat mode and cooling mode.
He came in , made the diagnosis, operated, and got it going in quick order.
