    Absolutely Superior Company! Customer Service is Outstanding!
    Top Notch in every aspect! I have been a customer for more than 18 years, I have just had a brand new system installed and already my electric company is showing that I am using 56 percent less electricity compared on a monthly basis to last year! I find this stunning! My opinion of this outstanding company starts with the fact that an “actual person”answers the phone when I call, never a response of “leave a message”! Everyone at Link is helpful and personable and it is so nice that over the years I still talk to the same people! Suzanne and Nicole usually direct me to the right source immediately. Henry was the person who was my first contact for this project, MaryJane came out to conduct a very thorough inspection including meeting with me to see what my needs are and give me my options. I was so impressed with her knowledge and ability to explain how the system works! Mike and Victor were the technicians for the installation and they were knowledgeable and respectful during the process. They did such an excellent job of cleaning the old insulation that it looks brand new! Mike P., the Project Manager came out to check the system as well. I am so impressed by the way everyone works as a team in this company and that Chris Link is always a part of the whole process!

    Link mechanical did an excellent job on the installation of my ductless system. Vic and his team were very organized and efficient with the work. Attention to detail and being very safety conscious in regard to the current virus situation. Henry at the planning dept was very helpful with coordinating the project. I’m not a very tech savvy person so he helped me along the way keeping things in order. Joanne set up the scheduling and was really helpful, polite and professional during our contact. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience and will def recommend Link to anyone who is interested in upgrading their systems. Thanks again. Everyone stay well and be safe.

    Very satisfied customer! Many other companies wouldn't even Look at my system- Derek provided quick service, and even cleaned my vents for me! This will be the only company I call for future needs. Also, very affordable!

    I had an extremely positive experience with Link Mechanical. Every staff member I interacted with was so lovely, they were so responsive (even communicating with me over a holiday weekend even though the work wasn't remotely emergent), and made my project a priority even during their busy season. They even got my permission to replace a part but then didn't do it because they determined that it wasn't necessary!

    Initial communication between deciding to purchase and getting install appointment was a bit slow, but not terrible. Our sales rep (Al) was quick to answer questions and kept us updated. Installers were professional and thorough, and had the system up and running on the first really hot day of the year... Took 2 1/2 days from start to finish. Walking into a cool house where all the rooms were comfortable was a nice feeling. Air handler was a bit louder than I expected, but much quieter than previous window units. I would and have recommended Link to friends and neighbors.

    Link Mechanical installed a $20,000 heating system almost 10 years ago. I was assured at the time that the system carried a 10 year warranty. Carrier will not honor that warranty because Link failed to register my install. Link is also not willing to stand behind their salesperson’s assurances to me or to do anything to make this right. I have also been told by multiple companies that Link sold me a system that is too small for my house and not right for our climate. I would not recommend making any purchases with Link as they will not do the right thing when something goes wrong.

    I helped a family member purchase a furnace. Everyone we dealt with at Link Mechanical was professional, caring and helpful. Maryjane was very thorough in explaining the furnace options available. Henri helped with all the paperwork to get a loan approved and Jane made sure the installation occurred on a timely basis. This is a very well run company!

    Robert came to our rescue on a 95 degree day to assist getting our central air up and running. He was thorough, provided guidance and recommendations on parts, friendly and wore shoe liners which was thoughtful. My AC is back up and running and works even better than before. I will call Link for any HVAC needs in the future. Total came to about $400 with a $20 tip. Well worth the money.

    I want to take a moment to tell you how well your installation team performed. They were very friendly, answered my questions, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We also had a painting crew working around the area where the condensers are and they cooperated with them and worked around them as needed. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the installation.

    I hope my upstairs unit holds on for another few years, but when it eventually goes we will certainly be calling Link for the replacement.

    I purchased a new Mitsubishi Hyperheat Ductless Heat Pump system from Link and they installed it in October of 2021. This was the second heat pump they installed for me and I was happy with the many years of service I had with the original and happy with the install of the new system that upgraded the old. In late November, I experienced a major power surge and the entire heat pump system was affected. It took Link 90 days to completely restore the system to original working order. I was lucky to still have oil heat to stay warm with. In the end it was over $9,000.00 worth of damage. The parts were not readily available and it took weeks sometimes to keep moving forward on the repair. My take on this experience is that they were not entirely sure what was wrong and could not resolve it faster. I lost confidence in their ability to service and support what they sold. To be without such an expensive system for 90 days - the bulk of the heating season - was unacceptable. My caution to anyone buying a heat pump system. 1. Be sure you have a whole house surge suppressor. 2. The mitsubishi systems are efficient but complex, and obviously at high risk of cascading failure. Unlike other appliances, the risk of damage to these systems is much higher and more expensive. Link does not stock even basic parts and this will delay getting repairs done if anything happens to your system. 3. Keep your old heating system as a backup - they are simple and polluting, but they are tried and true. 4. Maybe there is a better heat pump contractor out there that would service what they sell and support faster than 90 days. Honestly thought they would have made this more of a priority for a repeat customer with a new system that was out of service.
