The men at Future Mechanical LLC were very professional and attentive to my service request. I called first thing in the morning because my heat was not working. To my surprise they placed me on the schedule for the same day in the evening.

When they came to my house, they were very transparent. The men explained to me since it was late they would do what they could to get my heat to work but if the heat did not remain on, then it was a bigger issue and they would need to return. They did return and completed the job successfully.

Overall, their service was exceptional and I referred them to my friends and family for their future HVAC needs. Thank you again Future Mechanical LLC!

Future Mechanical came out to assess a repair to my wall unit furnace. They were able to come out next day which was great and provided a thorough analysis of what I needed and what my options were. Their promptness and professionalism really stood out. I definitely would recommend them.

I converted from oil to gas. These guys are awesome. They get the work done in a timely manner and are very professional. The knowledge that they gave me was very important. Also, the cleaning up and hauling away that they did with all the old equipment was very helpful for me. We had a Navien hot water on demand unit that completely failed because it was incorrectly installed and they were able to get it replaced and correctly install a new unit with a warranty. Jay did a phenomenal job in getting everything taken care and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

Future Mechanical did my complete conversation from Oil Heat & Hot Water to a new High-Tech, super energy-efficient Navien CombiBoiler (including tankless, on-demand hot water). My experience was terrific from beginning to end. I quoted this to 5 differnt companies - Future Mechincal was by far the most responsive throughout the quote process, quickly getting back to me with answers to all my questions. The install went great - they freed up a ton of space in my basement and I am seeeing significant savings over my previous oil based system. Jake even assisted me in getting some terrific Energize CT cost savings that I leveaged. The workers did an awesome job with install, removal and cleanup. They had to remove a ton of materials - old furnace, old water heater, drain and reomove old oil tank, and remove and install a lots of piping. I was amazed at the new high-tech tooling they used to install the new copper piping with no soldering - a much cleaner & healther approach. They also handled all inspections and permits with the town. I would highly recommmed them if you want convert from Oil to Gas - they do terrific work!
