Their equipment group provided the needed technical support to ensure the correct unit was being purchased.
The after sales support provided the necessary documentation and communication in a prompt manner.
Service provided a knowledge technician capable of bringing the chiller on-line and supporting the BacNet integration during the initial visit.
When the chiller’s factory flow proving device was not able to reliable confirm chilled water flow during low flow conditions, the parts group quickly identified an appropriate replacement device from their warehouse stock.

Very unprofessional company. My client called them about a replacement Daikin ductless heat pump for a residential home and received no help at all. Salesman Jake, refused to provide any information on price and availability and was speaking in a very a condescending tone. This definitely reflects how the company is run. If they can work with such a rude character, they must all be rude.
