We have now used Link Mechanical for several years for our house and at our church. They have been very reliable and got us out of a real jam when our heat was not working the night before Thanksgiving. They came out about 10:00 pm and fixed our heat. We were SO grateful for their prompt service in an emergency. I would highly recommend them.

If anyone is looking for great service with reasonable pricing and competent technician, look no further. Link Mechanical is your answer. In February of 2021, our old furnace broke down and we had no heat . We called couple of services. Link Mechanical Service was the only one that rescued us. . Mike was the technician that inspected and repaired our furnace. He was very knowledge and a pleasure to deal with.

Woke up this morning, 12/26/17 and found the temperature in my house down to 60 degrees. Called Link as soon as they opened. Dispatcher said she had a service man in my town and would be at my house after his first appointment. When that appointment ran a little long she called me to keep me informed which I really appreciated. Service man arrived, diagnosed the problem immediately, left and returned with the correct part within an hour. Furnace was up and running by 2:00. I was very happy with everyone who I dealt with. Both ladies I spoke with on the phone were polite, friendly and professional, as was the service man. Not my first experience with Link as I have an ac/heating service/maintenence contract with them. I've been very happy with all of my dealings with them and would recomend their services to anyone.

We had a Link Technician out a couple of weeks ago to service the 5 furnaces we have on top of our building. We had great service, they got me on the schedule in a timely manner and the tech was able to resolve the problems that day. There had been a lot of noise and now the system is much quieter.

I know they have maintenance contracts which is great if you want to be at the top of the list when something breaks. But at least have them out for a service call to try to avoid the emergencies.

Link Mechanical was excellent. The guys were very professional. They kept me in the loop through out the process of replacing my furnace and AC unit. They were clean, left my home the way they found it and made sure I had heat on the coldest day of the year before they left.
I felt very informed of the process all the way. I would say call them first!

From the time I called Link Mechanics to let them know I was looking into a new furnace, to the time I got my new furnace I have nothing but praise for the company. The people were. polite & respectful.
Good quality people working there. Felt comfortable leaving the two men who were working in my basement alone. to go about my day. I got an est. to return home and they were cleaning up my basement as if they were never there. Nice guys and knowledgeable. Had the paper work ready and they were gone. It took them all day to do the job. but only one day.

Link installed our HVAC system a year ago and did a great job. We are selling the property and needed them to return to fix very minor issues so bldg permit could be closed. I was in a tight time crunch and Link sent someone out to us in 1 hour! Nicole in the office was very helpful. The technician was also terrific.
I would recommend Link to anyone.

I have worked with Link Mechanical since 2010. They have done work on both my business and my home HVAC and plumbing. Chris and his team have been nothing but polite and respectful. Scheduled a furnace cleaning/tune up with Link a month in advance. On the morning of my appointment on 11/28/18, Link calls me to cancel my appt because tech didn't show up to work. The only thing they could offer me was an apology and another appt another 2 weeks out. Asked to speak with Supervisor. Spoke with Michael Poole. Mike kept apologizing as well. I asked if he would offer a discount to make up for my inconvenience for the late cancel and having to arrange for time off work. The fact that I scheduled the appt a month in advance and took time off work for an appt that Link canceled the day of, speaks for itself. Mike refused to offer me a discount and the only alternative he could give me, was to reschedule my appt or sign up for their comfort club program, which requires me to pay more money. All I can say is 'Are you kidding me?' What a poorly run business, inconveniencing their customers. This experience did not leave a good impression with me at all. I will never do business with this company ever again and will look elsewhere for quality service.

Mike at Link Mechanical was on time, thorough, professional and communicative. He was a pleasure to work with, he explained his evaluation and reasoning, and if necessary, would have provided recommendations. Im grateful for Mike's professioanalism and knowledge, as well as the Link team behind him.
