Called here this morning (nov 9 2018) because my heat and hot water were not working. The lady on the phone told me the soonest they could see me was a week and a half from now and to call back if i couldn't find anyone else. Found someone else who was willing to come today as a week and a half is a long time to go without heat and hot water in november.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I had them replace a boiler a few years back.... when they first came to install it they sent out a person that had never installed that type of boiler before and didn't know what he was doing and had to send out another person.... since then I have had to have them replace the controller Twice now and now the second time it's out on the unit and the serviceman is on his phone constantly trying to figure out what to do, and now they are charging me 800+ dollars to put a third unit in 4 years, because it's out of warranty... obviously something is wrong that the control unit keeps going.... do yourself a favor and find a different company....

Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions on proper use of my unit. He was professional, respectful, and did a very good job with maintenance.
