I have contracted Link Mechanical for the past 10 years, both on the commercial side and the residential side. From communication to dedication to response time, Link is nothing short of perfect example of true professionalism and a customer first organization. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Mixed reviews here -- comfort club nicely includes annual servicing, but getting on the calendar can be a challenge (e.g. call in July to schedule for Oct/Nov).

Additionally, while they service items, they just can't seem to fully repair things & resort to the "well...your water heater is 7 years old now....when for 3 years they've dabbled & charged me ~$500 for various items..."

They also came to repair items & then things stopped working which then turned into a NO HOT WATER situation for over a day & they said "We'd need to quote you an extra service call charge". REALLY? after you were there a day ago & now things aren't working?

I've been with them for over 8 years & its time to explore other options.....

Kevin was great.....professional, thorough and super respectful! I feel very comfortable with Link Mechanical doing work for us and Kevin did a great job getting our AC checked out and ready to go.

Telephone response was prompt my furnace was fixed within 9 hours. However, I already knew the problem before the first technician arrived and Link was not interested in sending the part with him resulting in 2 visits and 2 separate charges (diagnosis and repair). Diagnosis 15 minutes; Replace blower 20 minutes. Link's quotes and charges are based on a book of standard fees. Lesson: Never use a tradesman who charges from a book of standard fees. Resulting charges amounted to $1,079 to replace a $230.00 part. I'm happy with the repair but it seemed like I was grossly overcharged.

I am absolutely delighted with the prompt, courteous, quality service we received on an emergency basis on a Sunday. I will recommend Link Mechanical Service without hesitation. Thank you so much for coming through for me.

Well, in June 2013, dispatch refused to send a tech out to repair an ongoing leak. They said that they will not come out every year to repair leak. I then get a call by service manager telling me that dispatch will call me for an appointment to do a leak check...that call never came and I refuse to call them since they will not send anyone out to repair a/c unit. Plus, they still owe me for an item that I paid for and did not receive. Since I don't believe they will ever come out to repair this, I will have to find someone else to repair their failures. The only thing I can do right now is issue my complaints with the appropriate state and federal agencies.

Mike was great. Completed the servicing and carefully explained his suggestions. I am glad my old units are in good condition and will plan to have them back out for some maintenance.

From the time you call link mechanical and speak to the kindness and helpfulness of suzanne, you feel like they truly are willing to help and direct you in the right direction of what you need done . they truly know their stuff. mike t our technician was awesome and very knowledgeable.

The techs replaced my central air condenser and air handler. It looks great, is super quiet and both techs were fantastic to work with. The work area was left cleaner than when they started (thanks for that!). Everything as promised.

Mike the tech. was the best. Extremely competent, and complete job. I have been in engineering for 45 years having HVAC units serviced. Link was the best by far. Highly recommend A++.
