Never again. Had high hopes after meeting with the owner personally. These guys came out to install a new hvac system after over a month wait. Then, it flooded my closet, not once, but twice, due to a hose that was too big being shoved into another. Here I am, 5 months later, still dealing with billing issues. Incredible.

Professional, personable/friendly & efficient business from customer service over the phone to their technician, Sean, who is profoundly competent in his work. Always on time with everything needed for the job, Sean’s ability is, by every definition, quality craftsmanship. If you need any sort of plumbing work done, I’d request this gentleman!

Initial contact the person had not read the information posted to HomeAdvisor. Appointment made for Friday morning. They would not set a time window just morning with a 30 phone call before hand.

They did not contact me Friday morning. When I called I did not get a reason for the missed appointment nor an apology just a "Oh I remember talking to you". They offered to make another appointment but I declined.

Been with these guys for years now and finally leaving a review. Always great, CONSISTENT, friendly service with every appointment. The Technicians ( today was Sean O') they send out are skilled, on time, and know what they are doing. And Sean reminded me of that today, and why I stick with these guys.

Isaiah and Nick from County Wide did a great job diagnosing my heating problem and corrected for me. They were very polite, professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I recommend them!

These guys are a joke. My appointment was on Friday at 3 but they failed to show up. What's worse is that when I called to inquire about the whereabout of the technician, the guy that I spoke lied that he called to let us know he was going to be late.
So, not only did they not show up for appointment, they didn't call to inform us they were coming late, and they lied about it. This is a company with no integrity, and bad work ethic.
I'm going to let home advisor know about their bad service

Not happy at all. When I made the appointment, I told them that my system was leaking, and that’s why it doesn’t work. They told me they would add refrigerant if needed. Once they came and looked at the system, charged me over $300 and said they can not give me any refrigerant because my system is too old, need to replace. They didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. The appointment was a complete waste of time and money.

Very professional work done by Nick, he has the skills, knowledge and tools to get the job done right. Easy to schedule with text or phone call. I would highly recommend Nick and County Wide Mechanical for plumbing and HVAC work.

We called them three times re the bill. We never heard back. Without telling us or our renters , they charged us the workers fee while attempting to reach out to us. We were told they would be there 8-8:30 am and waited for a call. They did not arrive till 9:30 am and from then we were charged before they even did anything. And while they tried to reach us Sad that they could not even return a call and will report them to BBB. They did the work correctly in 30 minutes yet the communication was not customer friendly nor professional work ethics about advising us we would be charged while settling the bill before the work was done to find out what the problem was.

Technician Kendall Rivera and County Wide Services did an excellent job of connecting bathroom fan ducting to outside-venting they installed on the home I recently purchased. Prior to their help, the bath fans simply vented into the attic-- yikes!
The entire process including estimates and work was professional and efficient throughout. The price was good.
If you need HVAC work on your home, give these folks a chance. I'm very pleased with their service and focus on satisfaction.
