    Can’t really rate the service because the guy never showed up. Every time I called they told me “Well, he was dispatched to your location.” After an hour and half I called to cancel. The ladies on the phone were nice enough but bad business practices to not call or try to notify the customer that they will be over an hour late... or in my case not going to show up! If I was not home when he got there I’m sure they would have been upset with me. They told me that maybe he got pulled away for a ‘no heat emergency ‘ mind you I do not have heat and still don’t. Not recommended, hope this is helpful.

    Same day service for AC concerns. The men Tyler and Nick took the time to explaining every aspect of the services or replacement of parts they recommended. They showed me any parts that needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job in very hot conditions.

    The quality of service is excellent. Starting from the office, to scheduling date & time to the knowledgeable techs who service your hvac system. They definitely are the best and I have already recommended them to my friends. Great staff!

    Isaac did a great job — on time, efficient, and a friendly and trustworthy guy. Got my Nest account set up for me as well. Very knowledgeable about the Nest product. Highly recommend.

    County Wide no longer provides good service. They have had tremendous staff turnover and the majority of technicians--with the exception of Chris, who is knowledgeable and helpful--often misdiagnose problems or fail to resolve problems (resulting in multiple visits). The administrative staff is friendly but technicians are often late or don't show up at all. When we brought these problems to the attention of management we have been told that the problems are being addressed but we have not seen any improvement, just deterioration in service over the last three years. We will not be using County Wide again.

    Outstanding service from Master Technician John Valentine - highly professional and quick to resolve the DHW problem I was having with my Combi system. Previously also, excellent service from Isaiah Tiezzi for a heating side flush. County Wide installed and has maintained our Combi system for over 5 years - consistently great service. I would recommend this company to those looking for an HVAC company. Moreso, I would definitely send my friends to County Wide!

    Enigen was great! Super curtious and efficient. Took time to explain what he was doing and why things were happening. He made sure I understood what he was doing and/or suggesting to at needed attention. The office personnel was also fantastic, nice and always available. Thanks :)

    When I called to schedule dryer vent cleaning, I was quoted $89. Several days later, I received a call that there was an error and the wrong price was quoted. From my experience, I would expect any reputable business to honor the price quoted. Not County Wide Mechanical even after I brought this to the callers' (2) attention. IT IS THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. IT IS HONORING THE QUOTE YOU GAVE A CUSTOMER. IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. While I understand that there may have been an error, that SHOULD NOT BE MY PROBLEM. When I asked to escalate my concern, it was escalated but COUNTY WIDE MECHANICAL FAILED TO HONOR the price it quoted. NOT MY PROBLEM. I haven't used County Wide Mechanical before and I NEVER WILL now. Be warned, my fellow consumers. SHAME ON YOU, County Wide Mechanical.

    I called on August 17th to schedule an estimate. Received a date of September 10th. My appointment was just canceled and the earliest they could get me in was the 18th, after I had already secured time off work to meet them. Maybe they offer the best service at the best price - I'll never know because making me wait 32 days to even come and take a first look is ridiculous.
