    Ryan and Nick came for my AC and Heating System maintenance work, as well as installation of my new Spring Aqua water filtration and purification system. Ryan and Nick assembled the system together, and installed it under the sink. They were courteous, smart, knowledgeable, and able to think outside the box. They did such a phenomenal job! I’m very happy with the service they provided. Thank you County Wide Mechanical!

    When I was looking for advice about several HVAC issues, County Wide was the one company that said they could address all three. Between Isaiah and Chris, they gave good advice, and on the basis of Chris's expertise (and a reasonable quote) we hired them to install ductless A/C with a heat pump. The system we chose was eligible for a loan, and they helped us navigate that process. We were told they would send three workers on the scheduled day, so the installation would take only one day, but they sent only two, and two had to finish up the next morning. All personnel were knowledgable and very friendly. My only beef was that they didn't confirm they were coming, even to an appointment made several weeks earlier.

    Isaiah has serviced the unit that I have before and he has always been professional and lets me know what he is doing and what the conditions are. As the installation of 3 units took place approximately 4 years ago all is still good. He mad recommendations on what to do to make sure no issues in the future. He also provided me with some new items that they do as installing smart features which I will be looking into soon. This company installed my central air system and did an awesome job.

    Having used County Wide before, I called them needing help with a boiler issue. Sean quickly discovered the problem and had to order a specialty part which unfortunately took a few days to get. I had the entire company behind me -Cheryl, one of the owners was aware of the issue and got on it. As soon as the part arrived, it was delivered to Sean and he and Nick took care of business right away. I would recommend their diligent service, the knowledge of the staff and the efficiency of a great team of service-minded people.

    Lighting fast! Showed up within 15 minutes of calling. Central AC Capacitor needed to be replaced, just bought the house almost a year ago and worked fine until the day before. Tech Nick Byrne was very professional, tested coolant and replaced the part immediately. Was back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Parts and labor were reasonably priced. Country Wide has a new customer. THANK YOU!

    Very happy with the service. Had an issue with existing dryer ductwork at my house. Called and setup an appointment, Chris Byrne came out to review conditions and helped design a new layout. Had some work that i performed to help with the project (to help with access). Kendall came out with his partner, had a quick and quality installation with no issues. Definitely a satisfied customer who will call again if the need arises.

    We called them because the Air Handler in our attic was leaking water.
    The technician was very professional and likable, but an hour after he left our house there was more water leaking from the ceiling from the Air Handler in the attic. Called their office and they didn't seem to be concerned at all. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told i would receive a call back from them - no one ever called me back. I had to hire another company and he fixed the problem in 10 minutes and charged me half what they charged. I should have read their reviews before hiring them because they seem to have a pattern of behavior. If there is a problem after they get paid they won't call you back and they obviously don't care about your home. They never emailed me my credit card receipt either...

    One of my AC units broke down 2 months after moving into my new home. I fortunately had a 1 year home warranty which covered part of the repair, however the insurance company dragged the entire process out for months. County Wide's office staff and Nick (the one who came out to initially quote the repair) spent a lot of time and effort contacting the insurance company to move the process along and get the repair completed. The installation went well and everyone I interacted with (probably 8 employees) was very helpful. I will absolutely use them again!

    they installed a new ac and heating system in our home in 2016. I've have terrible and costly experience. They are constantly back at our house, they spend hours on the phone with customer service and charge us because they cant figure out the problems on new equipment they install. Both ac and heating units continue to be an issue. $1000's in repairs and cold winter nights and hot summer ones waiting for parts. Plus time taken out of our days waiting for them to show up.

    ***as of 11/2020 they did come back and assist a few open issues.

    We have been very pleased with the split heat pump system County Wide Mechanical installed in our home two years ago. When one of the units stopped working late at night after a power outage I left a message that was returned promptly. Technician Tyler Smith came in the morning and had the unit working again quickly as well as answering all of my questions about future servicing and maintenance.
