Contacted thru Home Advisor for replacement of fill/vent piping for oil tank. The estimate was scheduled quickly and service done the following week. Fair pricing, quick,clean, professional service.

The AC goes out in August so I contact Home Advisor and place a request for service. I chose Country Wide because of they had great reviews and provide a lot of service in my area (Waterbury). I can not be more impress and satisfied with the service. Nicholas Ingel is absolutely wonderful. His professionalism, attention to details and patience is of the highest caliber. I was so impressed with the service I received that I am having additional work done. I also have to commend Michelle, the customer service representative. Michelle is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease and confidence. I would recommend Country Wide without reservation.

I would recommend County Wide Mechanical. They were super helpful in helping us replace our oil heat and convert it to gas. They were friendly, kind, quick and efficient. Nick and Ryan were super great techs and were ready and there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The gentleman who came out to give us our quote was a really nice person as well. Overall an excellent experience!! Thank you guys so much and doing such a wonderful job!

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Nick at County Wide Mechanical Services. Our gas furnace stopped working last winter, and we had another company come out to look at it and they barely even touched the furnace before quoting us $2000-3000 to fix it. And $10,000 to replace it. They couldn't even tell us what was wrong, but quoted us that ridiculous price. Nick came out from County Wide Mechanical and he was wonderful. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable about what could be wrong with the furnace. He took his time to look over the furnace and found exactly what was wrong with it. He quoted us a price to fix it to get it up and running, and a price to replace it if we wanted to go that route. He also showed us some stuff that may need to serviced down the road. But he left the decision up to us. He didn't pressure us to just replace it, like the other company did that looked at it. And at the end of the day, he was able to fix our furnace for under $800. Which was awesome! This will definitely be our go to for all of our furnace issues from here in out.

I give this company one of the highest recommendations! The service and installation services provided by this company were superb. The installers were efficient, clean and so professional. We had them put in a new system for us two years ago! They where so fast to come out then to ensure our 1 year old son had heat. Again today I needed them and the dispatch person was so great and responsive. They called to ensure they where on there way and came within 5 minutes of the call. They replaced a part and again our heat is working great! Great job team! They are definitely a company we will continue to use in this home and our next!

Same day service, when I really needed it! Also, the team member working in the office taking the calls was superb to work with. She made sure that she understood what my repair needs were, even asking me to text pictures of the radiators, on top of clearly communicating pricing. The technician, Troy, was magnificent - he solved a very tough problem and fixed it in one service call. I am very grateful and will work with County Wide Mechanical again. Thank you!

Had no heat. We googled for a place to call since we don’t have a regular service company. The tech that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get quotes on our options. We chose to get a new furnace installed. The call to the office was pleasant and they were able to do it next day. Two young gentlemen (Tyler S & Tom C) arrived bright and early. Even though there was room in the driveway, neither of them pulled Int the driveway until I said it was ok to do so. Both were very pleasant. The removal and installation was done professionally and they worked neat!! I would highly recommend this company. And, all of this during COVID19.

County Wide Mechanical has always provided us with great, professional HVAC service. Thankfully, today was no exception when Isaiah came out to service our HVAC system. Isaiah was extremely professional and very kind to our family. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what different parts/conditions of our system and thermostat meant to the system as a whole. We would welcome Isaiah back to work on our system anytime and would recommend County Wide Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Nick came and gave us good advice on our air conditioning system and gas water heater. Instead of trying to sell us more than we needed, he gave us honest advice, saving us money. Later, we had him come back and put in a whole house filter. He came right on time and finished quickly. I liked how he taught me how to change the filters so I wouldn't have to call someone to do it for me.
