    Nick from County Wide Mechanical arrived at the exact time of the appointment. He quickly identified the issue that we were having with our A/C unit and explained it me so that even I could understand it. He then fixed it immediately and gave me some useful suggestions for preventing this issue in the future. The price was fair and payment was a breeze. I was able to take care of the bill right on the spot. I'm extremely happy, as are my clients who were waiting in a hot barber shop! I'd recommend County Wide Mechanical Services to anyone looking for a quality HVAC service!

    AWESOME!
    My AC broke down over a holiday weekend and I called and actually got a live receptionist. We agreed at a time for a service technician to arrive at my house. The technician arrived right at the agreed time. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in 20 minutes. The price was reasonable. Maybe the most important thing was that everyone I spoke to, from the receptionist, a staff member and the technician, treated me like I was a long time important customer. I was actually a new customer but, will use them for all my future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend County Wide Mechanical Services LLC to anyone for their HVAC services! I can't say enough about the people and their treatment of me. Thank you very much for all they committed to me. True professionals!

    I am extremely happy with the work from County Wide. Tyler and Kendall came to replace my furnace and these two gentlemen were so delightful and hardworking. There was no mess left in my apartment and they took the time to explain the work they completed. Ask for Tyler and Kendall! They are amazing!

    This company is FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend using them for your HVAC and other home improvement needs. We interviewed a lot of companies for our job, which was a complete replacement of an old oil furnace, old a/c unit, reducting of the entire upper floor (which was getting only minimal airflow), replacement of the water heater, and a conversion to propane. Their quotes were very competitive, and I chose them based on their great customer service, knowledge, and helpfulness. I have since met some of the family members who own the business, as they have come out after hours (they live in our town) to check on things or fix minor problems throughout the process. They have been extremely courteous and helpful, following up (even when I took a while to get back to them) on all our concerns, and we are very satisfied with our system. I'm quite confused with a few of the very negative reviews that I noticed when writing this one, because we've dealt with quite a few employees, and can't imagine where this would have come from. They did have a salesperson who no longer works there who caused some issues ... but they did their best to follow up after him to make sure the customers were taken care of. One of my neighbors did a similarly big job, and he is very satisfied as well.

    Max did routine maintenance on my AC/Heat Pump and he was extremely professional and informative as he also provided me an overview of the work being done in real time. I will be asking for Max in the future, he was awesome! Highly recommended.

    These people will try to take advantage of you. I asked for a quote for a dryer vent cleaning and they said it would be $250. Two. Hundred. And Fifty. Dollars. This service take 30 minutes at the most, and literally involves sticking a vacuum down a pipe, and maybe brushing it out. Unreal.
    The only reason I asked was because I had to get a receipt that it had been done for my condo association so I can't do it myself. Absolutely floored.

    I’m very pleased with the customer service this company provided. From the first call I made to them along with the follow up calls made to me. My first contact was with Michelle who was very friendly. Isaiah was the Technician they sent here who was extremely professional and very friendly as well. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone I know having heat/air conditioning issues

    It’s very hard to find a good hvac contractor. You need trustworthiness, responsiveness and competence. A good contractor is two of the three. We’ve had to settle for one of the three in the past. For this job we needed all three. Luckily, we found Tom at countywide. Tom is a technician (install, troubleshoot, repair, etc) who came through for us - on a snowy Sunday afternoon, no less. He was thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to solving a vexing issue others couldn’t resolve. He truly went above and beyond for us. Honestly, we can’t thank him enough! Also, a shout out to the back office at countywide. They stand by their promises.

    I scheduled an appointment with County Wide Mechanical Services LLD for Yearly Preventative Maintenance for an oil furnace. The cost was $196.75. The heat had been running since the week before, including use over the past weekend 10/18-10/20. When the tech first contacted me, he stated that I need to have some things repaired and sent me an email with the items. At this time, as indicated by the tech and the email 9:31 AM, the system was in operation but needed repairs and as an alternative, complete renovation.
    By the time the gentleman contacted me the second time 10:14 AM, the system was no longer in operation, needed a new oil pump (not originally listed as a repair) and I had no heat. I feel that even if their maintenance could not better the system, it should not make it worse. If I had heat when they arrived, I should have had heat when they left. When I asked the tech, Isaiah, about this, his response was, “Its Murphy’s Law, whatever could go wrong will. It may have worked before but if just so happened that the maintenance could have caused it to give out…it’s Murphy’s Law,” (which he repeated at least 4 times.) Well what happened to, if you broke it, fix it! I truly believe that the techs broke the pump from the time that the first summary was sent to the time that the second one was sent. It is not a coincidence that I did not need a new oil pump in the first summary and my system was in operation, but now I need a new oil pump, the heat is not working because of the oil pump and my system is now inoperable.
    I feel that this is a very deceitful way of doing business. They tried to turn my $196.75 into over $2,000 in a matter of minutes. My options were to either get the repairs done or not have heat. I bet most people just grab the checkbook and allow them to do the service but I do not like my back being pushed up against the wall like this. I want to shop around and repair whatever is recommended at my own pace not be forced into a costly repair in order to have heat. If I had heat before they came, I should have had it when they left whether I replaced the system or not – I cannot say this enough.
    I tried to resolve this issue with the company. I received a call from one of the owners. She was very rude and condescending and no customer should be treated the way she treated me. She barley let me get a word in, ending my sentences, talking over me, etc. She stated that she spoke with the techs and that the heat was not working when they got their and that it is their word against mine. Well no, they sent me an email stating that my system was in operation so how can you now say that my heat was not working. She then remarked, one of the techs said you were sitting on the couch with a blanket. At that point, I knew she was reaching!!! Sitting on the couch with a blanket does not mean that someone does not have heat, its comfort. I am not sure if she is trying to cover up something that she knows went wrong or if the techs are being dishonest with her. If she speaks to them the way that she was speaking to me, they are probably scared to tell her that they broke the oil pump.
    She did not offer to have someone else come take a look at it. In fact, she said that if they got it back working they will red tape it. I do not believe that this is out of concern, I think it is a threat to keep me from complaining. They are bullies!
