Been using A & S Nathan Heating & Cooling for over 15 years. They have always provided great service. Whether it's replacing my A/C unit or a seasonal tune-up, they are top notch.

I have been using A and S Nathan heating for a couple years now . Very professional, helpful and on time . Mark came out to my moms at 8:00 on Friday night . Dispatch told me where he was and what time he will be there . Mark showed up early , was very helpful in explaining to my mom what happened . He fixed both problems in a short time . Thank you guys for showing up and fixing everything so fast and helping my mom out on a Friday night !!! Definitely suggest calling if you have any heating problems !

After the tech inspected my heat pump for over an hour (and for over a hundred dollars), the result was the highest estimate I have ever heard of to replace the heat pump and air handler. I later found out the only problem was the size of the refrigeration line, not the heat pump, which another company diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. A waste of my time and money.

They do not wish to even look at repairing the old furnace. Even though their website says they fix furnaces. They only want to provide a quote for a new furnace.

Nothing but amazing things to say about A&S Nathan. They were an absolute pleasure from quoting to completing the actual work. They've won my business and I will be sending anyone who needs HVAC work straight to A&S Nathan! Thank you times a million!

they figured out the problem with my furnace quickly and efficiently. job was complete in a timely manner. military discount is awesome as well. would definatly recommend them and use them any time i have a heating problem. really seemed like they knew what they were doing. some places will replace things until they finally replace right part and you have to pay for un necessary stuff...not a and s.

I suspect the owners are taking a much more back seat management style here. Alan Nathan was my mother's neighbor and my aunt betsy used to babysit him. We've been customers a long time but the recent service call was basically exploitation of my elderly father. He called to have a leak addressed. A younger guy came out cleared the drane pipe and charged us $300. The next day the leak was still there .Another older tech came out and installed a trap and some pvc and charged my father 95$ just for parts. The leak still remains. Both times checking the coolant level was asked about and we were told it was fine. Turns out that's the problem and well basically it's been a nightmare. After a request for a phone call from Alan another man called and didn't know who his childhood next door neighbor was or who his childhood babysitter was. It's been inept shady dealing with the staff.
